Abstract: A computer-implemented method, a computer system and a computer program product enhance content submissions of support chats. The method includes acquiring a support request from a user, wherein the support request includes a content submission. The content submission is selected from a group consisting of audio data, image data and text data. The method also includes determining a classification of the support request based on a request type. The method further includes obtaining a set of requirements for the support request from a server based on the determined classification. In addition, the method includes determining that the content submission does not meet the set of requirements. Lastly, the method includes generating an augmented reality inspector to assist the user in adding content to meet the set of requirements in response to the set of requirements not being met by the content submission.

Abstract: A processor may receive object data associated with a position and an orientation of a first object in an environment from IoT sensors. The processor may generate a digital twin simulation of the first object. In some embodiments, the digital twin simulation may include data associated with the relative positions and orientations of one or more other objects to the first object. The processor may calculate forces acting on the first object. The processor may identify whether the first object is in a state of instability.

Abstract: A method for optimizing device-to-device communication protocol selection in an edge computing environment is provided. The method includes: receiving a request for a service from a user device, wherein the computing system is one of plural edge computing devices in an edge computing environment; determining computational tasks performed in providing the service; selecting, using a machine learning model, a set of the edge computing devices to perform the computational tasks and communication protocols for the set of the edge computing devices to use while performing the computational tasks, wherein the machine learning model is configured to select the set of the edge computing devices and the communication protocols based on minimizing a time to perform the computational tasks; and sending instructions to perform the computational tasks, thereby causing the set of the edge computing devices to perform the service in response to the request from the user device.

Abstract: A computer-implemented method and a computer program product for device pairing by cognitive computing. A cognitive computing system creates a knowledge corpus about the historical activities of pairing devices of a user. The cognitive computing system predicts needs of device pairing of the user, based on analysis of the historical activities. The cognitive computing system identifies devices that can be paired in a surrounding area. An augmented reality device tracks an eye direction of the user at a device, extrapolates the eye direction to create an eye focus direction of the user, obtains from the cognitive computing system an eye focus line with an arrow pointing to the device, and creates an augmented reality overlay which shows the eye focus line. The augmented reality device pairs a user currently used device and the device, upon user approval.

Abstract: A computer-implemented method, a computer program product, and a computer system for dynamically creating a composition reference video to support a user activity. In response to that a user selects a reference video for performing an activity, the computer system identifies a search query of a reference video. The computer system identifies personalized parameters of the user, based on a knowledge corpus user preferences of performing activities, and the search query. The computer system identifies appropriate videos and video transcripts in an online video repository and identifies textual contents through document and text search, based on a prediction about how the user is to perform the activity. The computer system draws series of images based on the textual contents. The computer system normalizes contents from the appropriate videos and the series of images and normalizes voices in the contents from the appropriate videos.

Abstract: A processor may receive data associated with a user. The processor may determine, using an artificial intelligence model, a contextual situation the user is likely to encounter. The processor may identify, using the artificial intelligence model, a task that the user is likely to perform in the contextual situation. The processor may determine, using the artificial intelligence model, a criticality of the task the user is likely to perform in the contextual situation. The processor may generate a simulation of the task in a virtual reality simulation. The processor may prompt the user to utilize the task simulation to learn how to perform the task.

Abstract: Management of machine-learned data between machine-learning devices is facilitated by a processor(s) obtaining a machine-learned data set of a first device, with the machine-learned data set of the first device being categorized machine-learned information. The processor(s) determines one or more device hardware requirements to use the machine-learned data set, and based on receiving a request to provide the machine-learned data set to a second device, determines whether the second device meets the one or more device hardware requirements to use the machine-learned data set of the first device. Based on determining that the second device meets the one or more device hardware requirements, the processor(s) provides the machine-learned data set of the first device to the second device to provide the categorized machine-learned information of the first device to the second device for use by the second device.

Abstract: Visualizing a contaminant is provided. A contaminant of a plurality of different contaminants included in a contaminant knowledgebase is identified based on analysis of contaminant-relevant data received from one or more sensors of a plurality of different sensor arrays regarding an enclosed physical space. A concentration and a type of the contaminant is identified based on the contaminant-relevant data and information included in the contaminant knowledgebase. A location of the contaminant is identified within the enclosed physical space based on location of the one or more sensors that obtained the contaminant-relevant data and a digital twin of the enclosed physical space. A visualization of the contaminant is projected at an area proximate to the location of the contaminant using a holographic image indicating the concentration and the type of the contaminant within the enclosed physical space.
