Abstract:
The present invention relates to a gateway changing method performed by a machine-to-machine (M2M) gateway which communicates with at least one M2M device having a constrained capability in an M2M system that includes a first layer and a second layer, and the a device therefor, the method comprising the steps of: receiving a trigger signal for indicating a gateway change through a first layer of the M2M gateway; and transmitting, to an M2M server, a first notification for indicating the gateway change through the first layer of the M2M gateway, wherein the M2M device having the constrained capability is a device that does not have the first layer, data generated in the second layer of the M2M device having the constrained capability is managed or stored in a data structure of a tree structure by the first layer of the M2M gateway, and the data structure that includes the data is retrieved by the M2M server after the notification has been transmitted to the M2M server.
Abstract:
Provided is a method for providing update information for a route from a terminal to a destination to the terminal, wherein the destination is designated as location of the third party being moving, which is performed by a server and comprising: receiving location information of the terminal from the terminal; determining whether the location of the third party has been changed; generating update information for the route based on the received location information and the changed location of the third party upon determining that the location of the third party has been changed; and notifying the terminal of the update information according to types of the update information, wherein the location information of the terminal is received when the terminal deviates from or detours around the route, when the terminal enters a specific segment on the route set by the server, or when the terminal moves by a predetermined distance.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for calculating trip paths determined by a departure point and a target point by using traffic information in a terminal. The method includes the steps of: requesting traffic information related to a trip from a server; receiving the traffic information related to the trip from the server; and calculating the paths by using the received traffic information, wherein the received traffic information includes traffic events corresponding to information on disturbances in the traffic flow in an area or the path related to the trip, and performance parameters corresponding to information on traffic flow in a road segment within a constant radius from the departure point, and wherein the performance parameters can be received from the server in the case where there is congestion heavier than a predetermined level within a constant radius from the departure point.
