    Abstract: To appropriately communicate a control channel even when communication is performed by applying a configuration of the control channel different from those of legacy LTE systems, a user terminal according to the present invention includes: a reception section that receives a downlink control channel transmitted by each of a plurality of control resource sets; and a control section that controls monitoring of a downlink control channel candidate, and the control section controls allocation of a number of downlink control channel candidates to each of the control resource sets assuming that the number of downlink control channel candidates configured to a combination of the control resource sets in a given time unit does not exceed terminal capability.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a scheme of transmitting various types of radio signals for which interference between adjacent cells is considered in a radio communication system (for example, dynamic TDD) in which uplink communication and downlink communication can be dynamically switched.     Abstract: The present invention is designed so that, even when a sequence-based uplink control channel is used, uplink control information is reported properly. A user terminal according to one aspect of the present invention has a control section that determines signals to transmit in a frequency resource for transmitting uplink control information, and a transmission section that transmits the signals in the frequency resource, and, when the signals include a signal sequence to use an orthogonal resource that is associated with the uplink control information, the control section assumes that a bandwidth of the frequency resource is equal to or greater than a predetermined bandwidth.

    Abstract: User equipment for transmitting an uplink control channel in multiple cells simultaneously in a radio communication system where transmission of the uplink control channel in a secondary cell is supported is disclosed. One aspect of the present invention relates to the user equipment, comprising: a transmission and reception unit configured to transmit and receive a radio channel to/from a base station via multiple cells configured for carrier aggregation; a simultaneous transmission availability determination unit configured to determine, in response to occurrence of an event where an uplink control channel is to be transmitted in the multiple cells simultaneously, whether the uplink control channel can be transmitted in the multiple cells simultaneously; and a transmission control unit configured to instruct the transmission and reception unit to transmit the uplink control channel in the multiple cells simultaneously if the uplink control channel can be transmitted in the multiple cells simultaneously and control transmission of the uplink control channel in accordance with transmission priorities corresponding to cell types if the uplink control channel cannot be transmitted in the multiple cells simultaneously.
