    Abstract: A user apparatus includes a reception unit configured to receive information specifying a BWP (Bandwidth part) from a base station apparatus, a control unit configured to configure the BWP by determining a parameter to be applied from a predetermined cell-common parameter and a predetermined user-apparatus-specific parameter that are included in the information specifying the BWP, and a communication unit configured to communicate with the base station apparatus by using the configured BWP, wherein the predetermined parameters are information items indicating a lowest usable subcarrier of the BWP.

    Abstract: Techniques for transmission and reception of a control channel with a directional beam are disclosed.
