摘要: A system is provided for automatically controlling a light level of an interior space. The system may include a light sensor, a transmitter, and a lighting system. The light sensor measures a light level of an interior space and sends the measured light level to the transmitter. The transmitter is in electrical communication with the light sensor. The transmitter is configured to receive the measured light level from the light sensor; to compare the received light level with a light level setting; to determine a value for a lighting indicator based on the comparison; to define a control signal including the determined value; and to send the defined control signal to a first receiver. The lighting system may include a light fixture and a second receiver mounted on the light fixture. The second receiver is configured to receive the control signal, to extract the determined value from the received control signal, and to adjust a light level of the light fixture based on the extracted value.

摘要: A controller for controlling a plurality of devices configured for wireless communications in a facility includes a data communications interface communicating with at least one of the devices. The controller further includes a control module configured to provide a control signal to the data communications interface for communicating to a transceiver associated with the device and for turning off the device according to an algorithm wherein the control signal is provided based on a time of day and/or a sensed condition relating to use of the facility. The transceiver reports device data to the control module to quantify a reduction in power obtained by controlling the devices according to the algorithm.

Four corner brackets each have a leg portion coupled to adjacent walls and a foot portion extending outwardly from the leg portion. A spacer is disposed atop the top lip and a cover is disposed atop the spacer. A trim strip has a first leg that abuts a top edge of the corner bracket and a second leg that overlaps an outer edge of the cover. A layer of sealant is disposed within a space at least partially defined by the trim strip, the cover, the spacer, and the top lip. Parallel supply and return headers extend through an enclosure defined at least partially by the base and the cover, and a plurality of fin-tubes extend between the supply and return headers.

摘要: One embodiment relates to a method of sealing a gap formed between each end cap of a fluorescent bulb and a protective sleeve, where the fluorescent bulb is disposed within the protective sleeve to form a bulb and sleeve assembly with the gap defined between an external surface of the end caps and an internal surface of the protective sleeve. The method comprises rotating the bulb and sleeve assembly and injecting a sealant in the gap associated with each end cap as the bulb and sleeve assembly rotate to provide a continuous bead of sealant between the end caps and the protective sleeve.
