摘要： A push button switch is utilized in an input unit of a thin electronic apparatus is provided. A link member assembled in X-shape for supporting a key top capable of moving vertically. A base slidably supports a lower latched shaft of a first frame of the link member. The base pivotably supports a lower latched shaft of a second frame of the link member. A driving spring impels the lower latched shaft of the first frame in the central direction of the link member, and elastically deforms downwardly by a horizontal movement of the lower latched shaft to operate a switch member. An operating spring is pressed by the lower latched shaft to deform horizontally and elastically.

摘要： A push button switch has a structure in which a stem 15a of a key top 15 directly pushes a cup-shaped rubber 13, and a bulge 13b pushes a membrane switch 12a, and a first link member 16 in U form having a coupling portion 16e having a circular hole in the middle, and a second link member 17 are engaged with each other in an X-form to compose a link mechanism. Since the key top 15 directly pushes the cup-shaped rubber 13, if reduced in thickness, the motion stroke of the cup-shaped rubber 13 can be sufficiently maintained, so that the sensation of manipulation is excellent. When assembling the push button switch, the cup-shaped rubber 13 can be positioned and held in place by making use of the circular hole in the coupling portion 16e, and hence assembling is extremely easy.

摘要： A movable contact assembly includes a movable contact having a dome shape, a base sheet contacting an upper surface of the movable contact, a columnar portion provided on an upper surface of the base sheet, and a light guide sheet provided on an upper surface of the columnar portion. The light guide sheet has a light-receiving surface for introducing light into the light guide sheet, and allows the introduced light to be emitted from an upper surface of the light guide sheet. The base sheet includes a dome portion having a concave lower surface, and a flat portion connected with an outer edge of the dome portion. The columnar portion is positioned on the upper surface of the dome portion away from the outer edge of the dome portion of the base sheet. This movable contact assembly provides a switch illuminating its upper surface and being activated easily with a preferable feeling.

摘要： An opening mechanism has a guide mechanism which holds the movable body in such a manner as to be slidable in the predetermined direction with respect to the planar solid body. This structure allows the solid body, the movable body and the guide bodies to be made of planar materials such as a steel plate, thereby enabling the opening mechanism to have a thinner profile. In addition, these components can be produced by a comparatively simple process such as press working, making it possible to provide a less expensive opening mechanism. A thin electronic device using this opening mechanism is also provided.
