Abstract: A solid battery including a positive electrode layer; a negative electrode layer; a current collecting layer; a solid electrolyte layer; and an insulating layer. Each of the positive electrode layer, the negative electrode layer, the current collecting layer, the solid electrolyte layer, and the insulating layer contains a material having a glass transition point of 500° C. or less in an amount of 10 vol % to 60 vol %, and among contents of the material having a glass transition point of 500° C. or less in each of the positive electrode layer, the negative electrode layer, the current collecting layer, the solid electrolyte layer, and the insulating layer, a difference between a maximum content and a minimum content is 30 vol % or less.

Abstract: According to one embodiment, a nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery is provided. The nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery includes a container member, a negative electrode, a positive electrode, and a nonaqueous electrolyte. The container member is provided with a gas relief structure. The negative electrode includes a negative electrode mixture layer. The negative electrode mixture layer contains a titanium-containing oxide and Mn. Abundance ratios RTi, RMn, RA and RB obtained according to an X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy spectrum of the negative electrode mixture layer satisfy the following relational expressions: 0.01≤RMn/RTi≤0.2 (1); 3≤RA/RMn≤50 (2); and 0.5≤RA/RB≤5 (3).

Abstract: A battery-powered motor may include an electric motor, a controller, and a housing. The electric motor may be wound to enable the battery-powered motor to achieve a non-limited motor maximum motor revolutions per minute (RPM) for at least one specified battery. The controlling current may include limiting current to the electric motor at lower RPMs, and limiting the current to prevent the RPM of the electric motor from exceeding a limited maximum motor RPM which is lower than the non-limited motor maximum RPM. The housing may enclose the electric motor and the controller and the specified battery. The housing may have a form factor to engage with a machine that engages with an internal combustion engine that has a maximum engine RPM that is approximately the same as the limited maximum motor RPM.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a component for collecting a current and a battery. The component for collecting a current comprises an introducing body and a connection body bendably arranged relative to the introducing body. The introducing body comprises a holding arrangement. The holding arrangement is used for fixing the introducing body when the connection body is bent. When the connection body is bent, an operator can use a clamping tool to fixedly clamp the holding arrangement arranged on the introducing body, so that the stress applied on the component for collecting a current can be transferred to the position of the clamping tool when the connection body is bent, thereby reducing the stress from damaging electrode assemblies.
