Abstract: The present disclosure relates to an apparatus for receiving system information in a wireless communication system including a receiver that receives system information configuration information and receives system information in predetermined subframes of a radio interface, and a controller that determines the predetermined subframes according to the received system information configuration information and controls the receiver to receive the system information in the predetermined subframes, wherein the system information configuration information includes a subframe scheduling field with a plurality of bits, each bit being associated with a subframe and representing whether or not system information is to be received in that subframe. The present disclosure further relates to a corresponding apparatus for transmitting system information and to the respective receiving and transmitting methods.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a transmitting device for transmitting vehicular data via a sidelink interface to one or more receiving devices. The transmitting device performs autonomous radio resource allocation for transmitting the vehicular data via the sidelink interface. An application layer generates the vehicular data and forwards the vehicular data together with a priority indication and one or more quality of service parameters to a transmission layer responsible for transmission of the vehicular data via the sidelink interface. The transmission layer performs autonomous radio resource allocation based on the received priority indication and the one or more quality of service parameters. The transmission layer transmits the vehicular data via the sidelink interface to the one or more receiving devices according to the performed autonomous radio resource allocation.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a band usage information generating and reporting method, a charging method, an eNB, a CN, a MME and a UE. The eNB and the UE can generate band usage information for charging, and report the band usage information to the CN, wherein the band usage information involves band usage of at least a first band and a second band, and traffic is assigned to respective bands by the eNB. The Counting entity at the eNB or UE can count the data volume of each band or ratio of data volume via different bands as the band usage information based on the scheduling information of the data. The Charging system located in the CN can process the charging and generate a bill according to the reported band usage information.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a method to be performed at a user equipment and to a user equipment operable in a wireless communications system supporting direct communication between user equipments. Accordingly, a sidelink configuration is stored in the user equipment, 5 specifying a plurality of destination groups, each destination group including possible destinations for sidelink data as well a logical channel priority is stored for each logical channel out of logical channels configured for the sidelink destination groups. The terminal then selects a sidelink destination group with a sidelink logical channel having sidelink data available for transmission with the 10 highest logical channel priority among the sidelink logical channels having data available for transmission, and allocates radio resources to the sidelink logical channels belonging to the selected sidelink destination group in decreasing priority order.

The data transmitting node comprises second-layer processing circuitry for receiving at least one second-layer SDU, to be mapped onto a resource allocated for data transmission, and for generating a second-layer PDU, including the at least one second-layer SDU and at least one second-layer control element, and first-layer processing circuitry for receiving the second-layer PDU generated by the second-layer processing circuitry and for mapping the second-layer PDU onto the resource allocated for data transmission. The data receiving node comprises first-layer processing circuitry for de-mapping at least one second-layer PDU, and second layer processing circuitry for receiving and parsing the second-layer PDU demapped by the first-layer processing circuitry, the second-layer PDU including at least one second-layer SDU, and at least one second-layer control element.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a resource allocation procedure, performed between a user equipment and radio base station. The UE is configured with at least one numerology scheme, each associated with parameters partitioning time-frequency radio resources into resource scheduling units differently. The UE is configured with logical channels each of which is associated with at least one numerology scheme. A receiver of the UE receives from the radio base station an uplink scheduling assignment, which indicates uplink radio resources usable by the UE. A processor of the UE determines for which numerology scheme the received uplink scheduling assignment is intended based on the received uplink scheduling assignment. The processor performs a logical channel prioritization procedure by allocating the assigned uplink radio resources to the configured logical channels and by prioritizing those logical channels that are associated with the numerology scheme for which the uplink scheduling assignment is intended.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a relay UE for relaying protocol data units between a remote UE and a radio base station. A control packet is received by the relay UE from the remote UE via a first sidelink bearer, comprising a priority indication associated with protocol data units transmitted by the remote user equipment via the first sidelink bearer. The relay UE stores an association between the priority indication and a radio bearer used by the relay UE to relay the protocol data packets. The relay UE determines, based on the stored association, the priority according to which a protocol data unit, received from the base station via the first radio bearer, should be transmitted to the remote UE, and relays the received protocol data unit to the remote user equipment using a second sidelink bearer that corresponds to the determined priority.
