Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may receive one of a transmission profile, of an application executing on the UE, that indicates whether sidelink discontinuous reception (DRX) is required, or a sidelink communication that indicates whether sidelink DRX is supported. The UE may communicate with one or more other UEs in accordance with a configuration for sidelink DRX, or with sidelink DRX disabled, based at least in part on the transmission profile or the sidelink communication. Abstract: A user equipment (UE) may sense a first transmission by a first sidelink UE and a second transmission by a second sidelink UE and send a conflict indication to at least one of the first or second sidelink UEs in response to identifying a collision between the first and second transmissions, or identifying a prospective collision based on a prospective use of respective first and second resources identified in the respective first and second transmissions. A collision or prospective collision may be detected by detecting a complete or partial overlap of the first and second transmissions or of the prospective first and second resources identified in the transmissions, or by determining that any portions of the first resource and the second resource prospectively occupy a slot common to the first and second resources, and the first sidelink UE and the second sidelink UE prospectively operate in a half-duplex mode.

Abstract: The apparatus may be a UE. The UE may be configured to receive, from a second UE, an indication of a first DC location corresponding to a first subcarrier of multiple subcarriers. The UE may further be configured to decode at least one transmission from the second UE based on the received indication of the first DC location corresponding to the first subcarrier. The UE may also be configured to receive a request for a second DC location and to transmit, to the second UE, an indication of a second DC location corresponding to a second subcarrier of the multiple subcarriers. The UE may, in some aspects, further be configured to receive, from a base station, signaling relating to a transmission of a DC location between sidelink UEs.

Abstract: Aspects relate to techniques for enhancing sidelink scheduling information to include a priority assigned to a sidelink transmission. For example, a transmitting wireless communication device may receive sidelink scheduling information scheduling a sidelink transmission from a transmitting wireless communication device to a receiving wireless communication device. The sidelink scheduling information may further include a priority indicator associated with the sidelink transmission. The transmitting wireless communication device may then transmit the sidelink transmission to the receiving wireless communication device based on the scheduling information. The priority indicator may further facilitate hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) codebook construction on the sidelink and uplink for the transmission of acknowledgement information of the sidelink transmission.

An example method generally includes performing partial sensing by monitoring for sidelink transmissions from one or more other UEs using one or more different beams during one or more different portions of a sensing window; and selecting resources, within a resource selection window, for future sidelink communications based on results of the partial sensing.
