    Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may receive a configuration. The configuration may indicate component carriers for sidelink carrier aggregation and parameters associated with cross-carrier feedback. The UE may receive a first transmission block on a first component carrier and a second transmission block on a second component carrier. The UE may transmit a physical sidelink feedback channel (PSFCH) on a third component carrier with the cross-carrier feedback. The cross-carrier feedback may include a set of acknowledgement/negative acknowledgement (ACK/NACK) bits and an indication of an association between each ACK/NACK bit and a corresponding one of the first component carrier, the second component carrier, the first transmission block, or the second transmission block.     Abstract: Aspects presented herein may enable FD devices to apply power backoff and/or power allocation prioritization rules that are specific to FD transmissions. In one aspect, a UE determines an FD specific power backoff associated with each of at least one transmission of a plurality of transmissions in a slot that is configured as an FD slot, each FD specific power backoff is based on whether a corresponding transmission would cause self-interference with a DL reception in the FD slot, and the plurality of transmissions are overlapping in time. The UE determines a transmission power for each of the at least one transmission in the FD slot based on the determined FD specific power backoff for each of the at least one transmission. The UE transmits one or more of the at least one transmission based on the determined transmission power for the corresponding transmission.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A receiving device (such as user equipment (UE)) may receive a downlink grant including an indication to report channel state information. The receiving device may identify, based on the downlink grant, a number of channel state information processing units associated with reporting the channel state information, and may determine that an available number of channel state information processing units is less than the number of channel state information processing units. In some cases, the receiving device may allocate, based on the determining, a set of channel state information processing units including the available number of channel state information processing units and one or more additional channel state information processing units. The receiving device may then transmit the channel state information report based on the set of channel state information processing units.
