    Abstract: Disclosed are techniques for wireless communication. In an aspect, a first network node (e.g., BS, RU, etc.) transmits, to a second network node (e.g., UE, RU, etc.), indicates of precoding matrixes associated with bandwidth region with intervening bandwidth section(s). The second network node generates interpolated precoding matrix(es) associated with the intervening bandwidth section(s) via interpolation. The second network node performs uplink precoding intervening bandwidth section(s) based on the interpolated precoding matrix(es). The first network node receives transmission based on the uplink precoding.

    Abstract: This disclosure provides systems, methods and apparatuses for switching configurations for uplink transmission switching. A user equipment (UE) may receive, from a network entity such as a base station, a switching configuration for an uplink transmission switching for three or more carriers. The switching configuration may be associated with switching one or more uplink transmission chains of the UE from or to one or more carriers of the three or more carriers within a time period. The switching configuration may be associated with a UE capability. The switching configuration may permit switching from or to one carrier within the time period associated with the UE capability. The switching configuration may permit switching from or to two carriers within the time period associated with the UE capability. The switching configuration may depend on the UE capability, thereby not causing the uplink transmission switching to degrade a performance of the UE.

    Abstract: A method for wireless communication at a UE includes forming a first hybrid automatic repeat request acknowledgement (HARQ-ACK) part and a second HARQ-ACK part associated with a HARQ-ACK payload in accordance with a transformation scheme. The HARQ-ACK payload includes HARQ feedback for each one of a group of downlink transmissions. The method also includes separately encoding the first HARQ-ACK part and the second HARQ-ACK part. The method further includes multiplexing the encoded first HARQ-ACK part and the encoded second HARQ-ACK part on a physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH). The method still further includes transmitting, to the network node via the PUSCH, the multiplexed first HARQ-ACK part and second HARQ-ACK part.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may monitor a first slot for a semi persistent scheduled (SPS) transmission on a first serving cell of multiple serving cells in a physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) group. The UE may be configured to transmit feedback information for the SPS transmission in a target slot. The UE may select either the target slot or a subsequent second slot for transmission of the feedback information based on an availability of uplink resources on the multiple serving cells in the target slot. The UE may transmit the feedback information to a base station in the target slot or the subsequent second slot based on the selection. The described techniques may enable the UE to transmit the feedback information with reduced latency, among other benefits.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may precode sounding reference signals using an interference covariance matrix to report channel quality information to a base station. For example, a UE may receive an indication of a future time from a base station. The future time may correspond to a future time for which the UE may predict an interference covariance matrix. In some cases, based on receiving the indication, the UE may monitor for interference in one or more interference measurement resources. In some examples, the UE may then determine the predicted interference covariance matrix and may transmit a sounding reference signal to the base station. The sounding reference signal may be precoded based on the predicted interference covariance matrix. In some cases, the UE may receive a downlink signal from the base station at the future time or at a second time.

The method also includes receiving, from the network node, a second message configuring a number of repetitions of a physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) transmission. The method further includes transmitting, to the network node, each repetition of the PUCCH transmission via the primary component carrier or one of the one or more secondary component carriers in accordance with the number of repetitions, each repetition being transmitted on only the primary component carrier in accordance with the number of repetitions being greater than one, and each repetition being transmitted on either the primary component carrier or the secondary component carrier in accordance with the number of repetitions being equal to one.
