    摘要: A device for processing high dynamic range and/or wide color gamut (HDR/WCG) video data can be configured to determine a quantization parameter for quantized transform coefficients of a block of the HDR/WCG video data; inverse quantize the quantized transform coefficients based on the determined quantization parameter to determine dequantized transform coefficients; based on the dequantized transform coefficients, determine a block of residual values for the block of the HDR/WCG video data; based on the block of residual values, determine a reconstructed block for the block of the HDR/WCG video data; determine one or more dynamic range adjustment (DRA) parameters for the block of the HDR/WCG video data; adjust the one or more DRA parameters based on the determined quantization parameter to determine one or more adjusted DRA parameters; and perform DRA on the reconstructed block of the HDR/WCG video data using the one or more adjusted DRA parameters.

    摘要: In general, techniques are described by which to obtain combined in-loop filters for video coding. A device for coding video data comprising a memory and one or more processors may be configured to perform the techniques. The memory may store the video data. The one or more processors, which may be implemented in circuitry, are configured to implement a combined sample adaptive offset and bilateral filter. The combined sample adaptive offset and bilateral filter may be configured to obtain reconstructed samples of a current block of the video data, and perform filtering with respect to the reconstructed samples of the current block of the video data to obtain filtered reconstructed samples of the current block of the video data.

The one or more processors are configured to determine an integer chroma QP offset based on the integer component and determine a fractional chroma QP offset based on the fractional component. The one or more processors are configured to determine a DRA chroma scale adjustment value based on the integer chroma QP offset and the fractional chroma QP offset and process the video data based on the DRA chroma scale adjustment value.
