Abstract: The application is related to a laser transfer apparatus and a method performed by the laser transfer apparatus. The laser transfer apparatus may include: a laser oscillator configured to perform irradiation with a laser beam; a first stage movably disposed below the laser oscillator; a second stage movably disposed below the first stage; a flatness measurement sensor; and a controller. The controller may be configured to control, once a transfer substrate on which a plurality of light emitting diodes (LEDs) are arranged is loaded on the first stage, and a target substrate is loaded on the second stage, the flatness measurement sensor to measure flatness of each of the transfer substrate and the target substrate, and adjust a height of at least one of the first stage or the second stage based on the flatness.

Abstract: The present invention relates to an antenna apparatus and an electronic device comprising the same. The antenna apparatus according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises an array antenna formed on a metal case of an electronic device, wherein the array antenna comprises at least two antenna elements, the at least two antenna elements may operate in the same frequency band. According to one embodiment of the present invention, it is possible to provide an antenna apparatus capable of reducing heat generation and increasing the radiation efficiency of an antenna.

Abstract: Techniques related to a 5th generation (5G) or pre-5G communication system to support higher data rates after a 4th generation (4G) communication system such as long term evolution (LTE) ae provided. A reflector is provided that is configured to change a direction of a beam incident in a first direction to a second direction different from the first direction, so that a receiving entity positioned in a shadow area caused by an object can receive the beam. Therefore, the reflector removes the shadow area at which the beam does not arrive in a 5G wireless communication system.
