    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a communication technique for converging an IoT technology with a 5G communication system for supporting a higher data transmission rate beyond a 4G system, and a system therefor.     Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a communication method and its system for converging a 5th-Generation (5G) communication system for supporting a higher data rate than a 4th-Generation (4G) system with an Internet of things (IoT) technology. According to various embodiments of the present disclosure, an operating method of a base station, in a wireless communication system, may include performing a channel access procedure in an unlicensed band, obtaining a transmission result of a downlink signal for a reference slot based on the channel access procedure, and determining a size of a contention section for a next channel access procedure, based on the transmission result, and the reference slot may be a starting slot in downlink transmission by the base station.

    Abstract: An OLED display system includes a display panel, a driving circuit, a voltage generator and a power management application circuit (PMAC). The driving circuit provides scan signals to the display panel. The voltage generator generates a negative voltage based on a first driving voltage having a positive level and a second driving voltage having a negative level and provides the negative voltage to the driving circuit. The PMAC includes a power management application circuit (PMIC) and an additional circuit distinct from the PMIC and disposed externally to the PMIC. The PMIC applies a high power supply voltage and a low power supply voltage to the display panel and generates the first driving voltage based on a battery voltage. The additional circuit generates the second driving voltage based on the battery voltage. The driving circuit generates at least one of the scan signals based on the negative voltage.
