Abstract: An electronic device is provided to a human-powered vehicle. The electronic device basically includes an electronic controller. The electronic controller is configured to selectively operate in an operational state that includes a first operational state and a second operational state. The second operational state consumes more electric power than the first operational state. The electronic controller is configured to switch the operational state between the first operational state and the second operational state in accordance with a rotational amount of a rotational body included in a transmission path of a human driving force in the human-powered vehicle.

Abstract: A human-powered vehicle control device controls the transmission that changes the transmission ratio of a human-powered vehicle.
