    摘要: A seat back frame includes: a first side member and a second side member each formed into an elongated shape along an up-and-down direction of a seat back so as to support each side portion of the seat back; and a belt guide portion on which tension of a seat belt is applied when the seat belt is pulled, the belt guide portion being formed in an upper portion of the first side member and guiding the seat belt having the one end retained by a seat belt retaining member. The first side member is formed of a sheet of steel plate and includes: a side member side wall portion formed in parallel to a direction of application of the tension of the seat belt on the belt guide portion and formed continuously along a longitudinal direction of the first side member; a side member front wall portion formed on a front side of the vehicle with respect to the side member side wall portion; and a side member rear wall portion formed on a rear side of the vehicle with respect to the side member side wall portion, the first side member having an open cross-sectional shape.

    摘要: A memory mechanism is provided with engagement portions, a housing recess, a memory plate, and engagement receiving portions. The engagement portions are provided to an adjacent pair of pawls, respectively. The housing recess has a cylindrical shape and is provided to a first member. The memory plate is formed in an annular shape which is cut at one point. The memory plate is housed within the housing recess while being reduced in diameter with the cut portion disposed between the engagement portions. The engagement receiving portions are respectively adjacent between the engagement portions of the memory plate, to the engagement portions. The engagement portions are engaged with and disengaged from the engagement receiving portions as the pawls move in the radial direction.

The urging member generates in association with bending deformation an urging force which urges the lock lever in a vertical direction toward a direction in which the lock lever engages with the first rail. The urging member has a coil part wound about a rotating shaft between the latch part and the latch end part.

Outer teeth and the inner teeth of poles cannot engage as a result of the restriction on movement of the pole outward in the radial direction. The amount of movement by the poles separating from the inner teeth along the radial direction is set so as to be greater than the amount of movement by the pole separating from the inner teeth along the radial direction, when the pole reaches a position corresponding to where the outer teeth and the inner teeth cannot mesh as a result of the protruding section, etc., during the unlock operation.
