    摘要: A method for manufacturing a solid electrolytic capacitor device is disclosed. The solid electrolytic capacitor device comprises a package substrate and a capacitor element which is mounted on the package substrate. The package substrate comprises an outer anode electrode, an outer cathode electrode, an inner anode electrode and an inner cathode electrode The outer anode electrode is electrically connected to the inner anode electrode. The outer cathode electrode is electrically connected to the inner cathode electrode. The capacitor element comprises a capacitor body and an anode lead portion which extends from the capacitor body. The capacitor body has a surface at least one part of which is provided with a cathode portion. The method comprises: forming the anode lead portion; forming the cathode portion after the formation of the anode lead portion; and connecting the anode lead portion and the cathode portion to the inner anode electrode and the inner cathode electrode, respectively.

    摘要: In a method of manufacturing a solid electrolytic capacitor, at first, an anodic oxide film is formed on the surface of an aluminum base. Then, a solid electrolyte layer is formed of a conductive polymer or the like on the anodic oxide film. Then, a cathode electrode portion including a silver paste layer is formed on the solid electrolyte layer. Then, a conductive paste is coated on the anodic oxide film on one side of the aluminum base and cured, thereby forming a metal silver layer. Then, a laser beam is irradiated from the opposite side of the aluminum base to weld together the aluminum base and the metal silver layer, thereby forming an anode electrode portion.

    摘要: A power transfer switch in which a cross bar including a movable contact is rotated to come into contact with one of fixed contacts disposed on left and right sides of the cross bar. The cross bar has a non-circular cross-section including a protruded piece on left and right, and a rotating angle thereof is greater than a rotating allowable angle of the movable contact between the fixed contacts. A through hole into which the cross bar is inserted with play is formed on a base portion of the movable contact, and a step portion for receiving the protruded piece of the cross bar and a spring housing portion extended in a direction of a central axis of the movable contact are formed in the through hole. A compression spring is accommodated in the spring housing portion to cause the cross bar to elastically hold the movable contact.
