    摘要: The present invention provides a solid electrolytic capacitor having sufficiently low impedance at high frequencies in which a conductive polymer formed on a dielectric oxide film has good adherence to the dielectric oxide film, and a manufacturing method of the solid electrolytic capacitor. The solid electrolytic capacitor of the present invention includes a valve metal; a dielectric oxide film layer formed on a surface of the valve metal; and a solid electrolyte layer, comprising a conductive polymer layer, formed on the dielectric oxide film layer. The conductive polymer layer contains, as an additive, 0.1 wt % to 30 wt % of an organic oligomer having an average degree of polymerization of 2 to 100.

    摘要: The present invention provides a solid electrolytic capacitor having sufficiently low impedance at high frequencies in which a conductive polymer formed on a dielectric oxide film has good adherence to the dielectric oxide film, and a manufacturing method of the solid electrolytic capacitor.     摘要: A method for manufacturing a solid electrolytic capacitor has the steps of: mixing valve metal powders with organic binder for granulation, press-molding granulated powders embedded with a valve metal lead, sintering a press-molded compact in vacuum to produce a sintered body, and anodizing the sintered body to form a dielectric oxide film layer. The method further has a step of performing a cathode electrolytic cleaning to the sintered body before the step of forming the dielectric oxide film layer. The cathode electrolytic cleaning is performed in an acid solution, which is a mixed acid solution of hydrofluoric acid, nitric acid, and sulfuric acid.

    摘要: In an electric double layer capacitor, at least three frame-shaped gaskets are stacked. A cell member of a pair of polarized electrodes sandwiching a porous separator is accommodated within a central gasket so as to be sandwiched between a pair of current collectors. Upper and lower frame shaped gaskets are adhered on both side edges of the central gasket such that the current collectors are sandwiched and held with two gaskets confronting to seal the inside of the central gasket. A step portion is formed in an inner peripheral end surface of at least one of the gaskets confronting such that each of the side edges of the collectors is received in this step portion, whereby making it easy to position the current collector in the gasket. This step portion also makes it possible to bond the current collector to the gasket at a low stress. All surfaces of the side edges of the current collectors are contacted with the gaskets to improve the reliability of the electric double layer capacitor by preventing leaking of the electrolytic solution from the capacitor cell under the high temperature environment.

    摘要: An electric double-layer capacitor has a porous separator, a pair of polarizable electrodes confronting each other with the separator interposed therebetween, and an electrolytic solution, all accommodated in a gasket frame. The separator is electrically non-conductive and ion-permeable, and is impregnated with the electrolytic solution. The gasket frame has an opening sealed by a collector held against the surface of the polarizable electrode which faces away from the separator. The collector which seals the opening in the gasket frame comprises two laminated collector sheets. Since there is almost no possibility that both the two laminated collector sheets will crack or break, the electrolytic solution is reliably prevented from leaking out of the gasket.
