    摘要: A sound reproducing apparatus which can be relatively inexpensive as a whole and also be simple in construction with reduced wiring even in the case where many speakers are used. Pulse-width modulated (PWM) pulses are generated based on respective audio signals for multiple-channel speakers. PWM pulses are time-division multiplexed and amplified, and then output as digital driving signals. The multiple-channel speakers are selectively turned on/off such that the digital driving signals are supplied to the respective multiple-channel speakers of corresponding channels.

    摘要: A camera system operable with data carried from a camera accessory to a camera body. The camera accessory has a ROM for storing various data at a plurality of addresses, respectively, each of which data consists of a plurality of bits, and a coupling terminal for receiving a train of clock pulses from the camera body. A circuit is also provided for sequentially designating the address of the ROM one by one to permit the ROM to output data stored at the designated address. In the circuit, an address signal is formed in response to the clock pulses, received through the coupling terminal, for designating an address. The data derived from the ROM are transmitted to the camera body.

    摘要: A camera system comprising a camera body and an interchangeable lens assembly adapted to be coupled to the camera body. The interchangeable lens assembly has no manipulatable aperture adjusting ring, but has an aperture mechanism and a read-only memory both built therein. The read-only memory stores therein various data peculiar to such lens assembly. The camera body communicates with and power the lens assembly through a set of terminals connectable with associated terminals provided in the lens assembly. The terminals in each of the camera body and lens assembly are arranged in a generally arcuate row with the data transmitting terminal located at one extremity of the arcuate row on the leading side with respect to the direction of turn of the lens assembly which is effected when the lens assembly is to be completely coupled to the camera body.

    摘要: In a camera functioning with film speed data introduced by a manual operation for setting desired film speed data, exposure time data is set by a manual operation, and one of the film speed data and the exposure time data are alternatively indicated. The first and second indicating means are controlled, in response to first setting means such that the film speed data appears at the first indicating means when the first setting means is manually operated. The exposure time data is selected to appear at the first indicating means when the first setting means is not manually operated. The second indicating means is disabled when the first setting means is manually operated so that the film speed data appears without appearance of the additional data. The second indicating means is enabled so that the additional data appears with the exposure time data when the first setting means is not manually operated.

    摘要: A camera system operable with data carried from a camera accessory to a camera body. L light measurement type sets a diaphragm to a fully opened aperture in the case of daylight photographing with a low brightness condition by generating a diaphragm stopping-down prevention signal which serves to deactivate an electromagnetic diaphragm stopping-down release device. Upon receipt of a flash readiness signal from an electronic flash device, however, the camera, in preference to the generation of the diaphragm stopping-down prevention signal, activates the electromagnetic diaphragm stopping-down release device in response to a camera release operation.

    摘要: An exposure control system for a photographic camera of a type having a two-curtain type focal plane shutter. When used in combination with an electronic flash device in which the voltage stored on a capacitor is discharged through a flash tube to illuminate the target object to be photographed, this system is switched from an automatic or manual daylight exposure mode to an automatic flash exposure mode when the voltage stored on the capacitor in the flash device reaches a predetermined amount. The shutter is closed in response to the firing of the flash device.

    摘要: An electric self-timer device for a camera includes a timer circuit sequentially generating first and second signals, with respective predetermined delays in response to a trigger signal of the device, an oscillator responsive to the trigger signal to generate a first oscillating signal of a predetermined frequency and also responsive to the first signal to generate a second oscillating signal having a frequency distinguishably higher than that of the first oscillating signal, a light emitting diode energized by the first and second oscillating signals, a circuit responsive to the second signal to cease the oscillation or actuation of the oscillator, and an electromagnetic release device also responsive to the second signal to release the camera shutter. The self-timer device intermittently energizes the light emitting diode during the entire delay period to enable a person being photographed to recognize that the delay action is being effected, and changes-over the energization frequency of the light emitting diode to a higher frequency a predetermined time before shutter release is effected to indicate the moment of shutter release to the person being photographed.
