    Abstract: Systems and methods are provided to enable operators to dynamically reject user equipment (UE) registrations for 5G networks based on certain policy criteria. A network device in a core network receives a registration request for a UE device, retrieves access and mobility subscription data for the UE device, and submits a policy association request message to an Access Management-Policy Control Function (AM-PCF). The policy association request message includes the access and mobility subscription data. The network device receives a policy association response message from the AM-PCF, determines whether the policy association response message includes an error code for a failed access management policy association, and rejects the registration request when the policy association response message includes the error code.

    Abstract: A method may include receiving, from a user device, a registration request that includes a subscription concealed identifier (SUCI), identifying a network element to decode the SUCI and forwarding the SUCI to the identified network element. The method may also include decoding the SUCI to identify a subscription permanent identifier (SUPI), identifying a unified data management (UDM) device associated with the SUPI and transmitting an authentication request to the identified UDM device to obtain authentication information associated with the user device.     Abstract: A system described herein may track usage, on a per-User Equipment (“UE”) basis, in systems that provide for simultaneous connectivity to a given UE via multiple base stations. A cycle cutoff time may be determined, a master base station (to which the UE is connected) may be notified of the cycle cutoff time, and the master base station may notify one or more secondary base stations (to which the UE is connected) of the cycle cutoff time. The master base station and/or the one or more secondary base stations may track usage, of the UE, until the cycle cutoff time, and may report the usage such that the usage via each of the base stations may be able to be determined.
