摘要: The invention relates to a cartridge(10) and its use in an examination apparatus(100). A sample(1) can be introduced into an inlet(11) of the cartridge(10) and conducted through a channel(12) to a reaction chamber(13). In the reaction chamber(13), an examination of the sample takes place, for example by frustrated total internal reflection. An agent(21) is applied to the sample close to the inlet(11), wherein said agent(21) is preferably stored in a reservoir(16) at the inlet(11). In this way the filling time of the reaction chamber(13) is simultaneously used for the incubation of the sample with the agent(21). Moreover, the filling-course of the cartridge and/or the reaction chamber may preferably be determined and taken into account during the execution of the examination and/or the evaluation of the results.

摘要: The present invention is related to a biosensor system for the detection of particles comprising: a biosensor cartridge comprising a sensor surface, a biosensor magnet assembly on one side of the cartridge for generating a magnetic field effective at the cartridge and the sensor surface, the first biosensor magnet assembly comprising at least two magnetic sub-units separated by a gap, a first optical detection system for detecting the particles arranged at the same side of the cartridge as the magnet assembly, whereas the magnet assembly is designed in a way that the optical detection is accomplished through the gap of the magnet assembly.
