    Abstract: Provided in the present invention are a method and device for competitive transmission. The method comprises: an access point transmits a trigger frame or a radio frame carrying a trigger information domain to a non-access point to trigger the non-access point to perform uplink multiuser transmission; and, when data transmitted by the non-access point is received by the access point, same resets a competitive window of an access type to an initial value.

    Abstract: A method for transmitting data and a station are described. The method includes: when there is data to be sent in a station, determining whether there is a station using a channel in a BSS to which the station belongs and an OBSS using virtual channel detection; when determining that there is no station using the channel in the BSS to which the station belongs and there is a station using the channel in the OBSS, starting or resuming a back off procedure for OBSS spatial reuse transmission of the station; and monitoring the channel in the back off procedure for the OBSS spatial reuse transmission according to a fixed first channel detection threshold and a dynamically adjusted second channel detection threshold, transmitting data when the back off procedure for the OBSS spatial reuse transmission ends.

    Abstract: A transmitting wireless device provides channel spatial reuse information to a receiving wireless device for the receiving wireless device to make a determination of how to contend the medium for spatial reuse transmission, when to transmit and what transmissions parameters to use for the transmission in the spatial reuse. A timer is designated to track the remaining time for inter-ESS and/or intra-ESS spatial reuse. The spatial reuse information may include fields indicative of color code identifying BSS, transmission power used, signal to noise ratio headroom available and so on. With the spatial reuse information, the wireless device can calculate the target transmit power for initiating spatial reuse transmission without interrupting the on-going transmission, perform EDCA in spatial reuse condition to assess the channel status for contending the medium over the on-going transmission(s), tracking the spatial reuse duration and initiate a new spatial reuse transmission over the on-going transmission without interruption.

    Abstract: Methods, apparatus, and systems for coordinating joint transmissions among multiple access points are described. In one example aspect, a wireless communication method includes receiving, by a communication device, a first frame from a master access point or a first intermediate communication device. The first frame indicates a joint transmission to be performed by multiple access points. The first frame includes a scheduling information for a secondary access point to perform the joint transmission and an indicator directing the communication device to forward the scheduling information. The method also includes transmitting, by the communication device, a second frame to the secondary access point or a second intermediate communication device. The second frame includes the scheduling information for the secondary access point to perform the joint transmission.

    Abstract: Provided are a spatial reuse method and apparatus. The method includes: receiving a radio frame and determining whether the radio frame carries a trigger frame configured to trigger uplink multi-user transmission according to indication information of the trigger frame in a physical signaling field of the radio frame; when the trigger frame is determined to be carried in the radio frame, receiving, by a station, the trigger frame, and acquiring first spatial reuse information of the trigger frame; at an end of a radio frame reception process, determining whether to perform first spatial reuse according to the first spatial reuse information. The present disclosure solves the problem in the related art of low spatial reuse efficiency when a station performs spatial reuse on a radio frame and achieves a technical effect of improving network performance.
