Provided are an information transmission method and device. The method includes that a base station configures, in multiplexing downlink control information (DCI), instruction information for instructing a user equipment (UE) that includes different types to act; and the base station sends the multiplexing DCI to the UE. The multiplexing DCI is DCI that multiplexes DCI of a physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH), and the multiplexing DCI is the DCI of the PDSCH in response to being scrambled by a preset radio network temporary identifier (RNTI) and is paging DCI in response to being scrambled by a paging radio network temporary identifier (P-RNTI), where the preset RNTI is an RNTI excluding the P-RNTI. Instruction information is set in multiplexing DCI to instruct a UE that includes different types to act to switch a paging mechanism.

Disclosed are methods, apparatus and systems for resource allocation when configurable bandwidths are available. One method includes performing a first transmission using a first set of resources in a first bandwidth, and subsequently performing a second transmission using a second set of resources in a second bandwidth, where the first bandwidth is greater than the second bandwidth, where the first and second set of resources are identified by a first and second value, respectively, and where a bit representation of the first value is a zero-padded version of a bit representation of the second value on either the most significant bit (MSB) or the least significant bit (LSB).

Provided is a data transmission method, the method includes: sending, by a sending end, data to a receiving end on one or more orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) symbols in a scheduling unit, wherein a time length of the scheduling unit is a length of two long term evolution (LTE) OFDM symbols having normal cycle prefixes and a subcarrier spacing of 15 kHz, the scheduling unit is formed by seven or eight OFDM symbols having a subcarrier spacing of 60 kHz, or the scheduling unit is formed by a first gap and seven OFDM symbols having a subcarrier spacing of 60 kHz, or the scheduling unit is formed by a second gap and a second gap and eight OFDM symbols having a subcarrier spacing of 60 kHz.

A method, apparatus and system for transmitting paging information. The method includes: calculating, by a first communication node, a time domain position of a paging occasion (PO) of a second communication node; and transmitting, by the first communication node, paging information to the second communication node within the PO corresponding to the time domain position, where the paging information includes at least one of: paging downlink control information and a paging message, and the PO includes a group of paging resources for transmitting paging information on one or more preset beams or ports.

Provided are a method and apparatus for transmitting a synchronization signal, and a method and apparatus for receiving the synchronization signal. The method for transmitting the synchronization signal includes: determining, by a transmitting end, the synchronization signal, transmitting, by the transmitting end, the synchronization signal determined to a receiving end, and notifying the receiving end of configuration information related to the synchronization signal determined. Compared with the related art where performance of the synchronization and coverage of the synchronization signal are affected due to low flexibility of the synchronization, the flexibility of the synchronization is improved, thereby reducing effects on performance of the synchronization and coverage of the synchronization signal.

A signaling transmission method and apparatus for a Multiple-Input Multiple-Output MIMO system are provided. The method includes the following steps. Channel-Related Information CRI about a combined channel is formed according to CRI between all receiving antenna ports in a receiving network and a sending antenna port in a sending network. The CRI about the combined channel is sent to the sending network. Herein, the CRI includes one or more of the following: channel information, Channel State Information CSI, and a CSI Reference Signal CSI-RS.
