Abstract: Provided are a method and device for determining transmission power, a terminal and a storage medium. The method includes measuring a first reference signal and determining a pathloss of the first reference signal; determining a pathloss of the uplink transmission according to a type of the uplink transmission, an association relationship between the uplink transmission and the first reference signal, and the pathloss of the first reference signal; determining an power adjustment amount of the uplink transmission; and determining the transmission power of the uplink transmission according to at least one of the pathloss of the uplink transmission or the power adjustment amount of the uplink transmission.
