摘要： In a separable bottom end assembly for a slide fastener, a socket member includes an outer box in which a first separate pin member is received so as to project upwardly therefrom, an inner box received in the outer box, and springs mounted between the outer box and the first separate pin member so as to normally urge the inner box upwardly. The inner box has a hollow portion through which a second separate pin member is inserted. The outer box has on its outer surface a locking projection which is lockingly engageable with a pull tab of a slider when the inner box is pushed downwardly against the bias of the springs by the slider.

摘要： A lower stop assembly for slide fasteners comprises a left stop member and a right stop member. The inside of the right stop member is provided with a right slot and an annular orifice both extending in the direction of the inside, the annular orifice being located at the front end of the right slot and in direct communication with an opening of the right slot. The left stop member can be movably inserted into the opening of the right slot and then released from lateral notches of the right slot. As the left stop member can be released from the lateral notches of the right slot, when the left stop member needs to retreat from the right slot, the left stop member may rotate around the outer lateral wall of the annular orifice under the drive of the left slide fastener belt to come out from the right slot.

摘要： A slide fastener includes a pair of first and second fastener stringers, a box pin, an insert pin, and a pair of first and second sliders. The box pin has a box pin body, a stopper portion arranged at a front end side of the box pin body, and suppressing portions projected on at least one of upper and lower surfaces of the box pin body to suppress sliding of the second slider. Further, the box pin body has a body region, and a notched region arranged at an element-row-side base end portion and having excluded a side surface portion at a side facing the insert pin. The suppressing portions are projected in only the notched region. With this arrangement, the second slider can be stably held at an insert-pin inserting position, and a subsequent insert operation or extract operation of the insert pin can be smoothly performed.

摘要： A zipper component includes a metal plating film provided on the surface of a component body made of a metal. Further, in the zipper component, at least a part of the component body has been thermally treated before bending and thus the metal plating film has a recrystallized structure wherein at least a part of the metal plating film been recrystallized. Accordingly, since the ductility of the metal plating film can be improved, even when the zipper component is bent, the metal plating film can be deformed to follow the deformation of the component body. Therefore, the occurrence of crevicing or cracking in the metal plating film can be prevented.

An upper inner side of the lower portion has a downward hook and an upper top of the hook has a recess. One side of the recess has a stopper. A lower end of the downward hook is formed with an inclined groove; and a female stop has a buckle at an upper portion thereof and a block-like embedded seat at a lower portion thereof. An inner lateral wall of a top of the buckle is an upward protrusion and an upper side of the upward protrusion has cambered slot. An embedded groove penetrates through the embedded seat. An inner lateral wall of the embedded seat has a sliding groove which is communicated with the embedded groove.

摘要： A separable bottom end stop for a slide fastener comprising a box, a box pin, and an insert pin. Protruding guide portions which protrude onto respective fastener tapes are integrally molded with respective side faces at tape-sides of the box pin and the insert pin via thin guide portions. The separable bottom end stop is formed of polyacetal resin, and a distance d between each outer side face of the box and each of the protruding guide portions and a protrusion height h of each of the protruding guide portions from a surface of each of the thin guide portions when the box pin and the insert pin are mounted into the box satisfy the equation (I): tan−1(d/h) ≧33°, where d≠0. The separable bottom end stop becomes hard to be broken with having excellent durability, despite using polyacetal resin which allows various coloring achieved easily, but is easy to be broken.

摘要： A separable bottom end stop for a concealed slide fastener, wherein reinforcement portions for reinforcing bent edge portions of a fastener tape are molded integrally with a box pin and a separable pin using resin, such that the reinforcement portions are swollen from a top surface of the tape, while the reinforcement portion on the box pin side is formed such that a bottom end thereof is in the same plane as the box pin. A front end of the reinforcement portion on the separable pin side has a protruded portion being protruded in parallel to the separable pin and a box has an L-shaped engaging portion and a contact portion provided on a surface thereof. When the box pin is inserted into and fixed to the box and the separable pin is inserted into the box, the protruded portion makes contact with the engaging portion.
