    摘要： A compact carton for beer bottles and the like is formed from a unitary blank and incorporates a dividing partition having a carrying handle formed therewith disposed centrally, vertically below the top of the carton; a display opening is defined in the top of the carton permitting a pleasing display of the carton contents and access to the handle. The filled cartons can be readily stacked one on top of the other for storage and transport and the contents can be readily removed by the customer through the display opening without breaking the carton apart. The carton has the additional advantage that it can be end-loaded.

    摘要： A returnable container for bottles. The container is formed as a tube having interconnected bottom, end and top walls. Bottles are side loaded into the tube and thereafter upper and lower side flaps on both sides of the container close the container around the bottles. A single thickness central partition is connected to at least two walls, e.g., an end wall and the bottom wall. The top wall is perforated so that substantially the entire portion of the top wall can be torn away to expose the bottle within. After the contents of the bottle have been consumed, they may be returned to the container and carried, by means of the central partition, back to the store where they were originally purchased.

    摘要： An improved carrier carton is disclosed which is essentially closed to light having a top wall projecting beyond the upper portion of at least one of the end walls to provide a grippable projection. The projection is formed by an extending portion of the top wall folded downwardly upon itself at a score line to provide two layers of paperboard. The same portion of the blank extends downwardly from the inner corner of the projection thereby defining the upper portion of the end wall and includes a tear strip at the lower edge thereof so the carton can be easily opened. The projection preferably includes finger accepting openings.
