    摘要: A track-mounting assembly secures a longitudinally extending rail direction to a substrate and has a frame fixed to the substrate and a track plate fitted in the frame. A vertically throughgoing aperture of the frame has an inner edge formed by a longitudinally extending gauge surface directed transversely toward a field side of the assembly and a transversely oppositely directed and longitudinally extending field surface. The track plate carries the rail and has an outer edge is itself formed by a longitudinally extending field surface spacedly transversely confronting the gauge surface of the aperture and a longitudinally extending gauge surface spacedly transversely confronting the field surface of the aperture. The field surface of the track plate is of substantially greater area than the gauge surface of the aperture. An elastomeric mass fills between the frame and the track plate.

    摘要: A low maintenance rail seat has recess in the concrete tie and an abrasion plate that covers the floor of the recess and its sides parallel to the rail base. The abrasion plate includes ribs which seat in additional recesses in the tie to retard longitudinal movement. The anti-abrasion assembly preferably has four flanges which wrap around the top of concrete tie to prevent dust particles from entering and abrading the concrete rail seat. These flanges also wrap around the support shoulder for additional resistance to longitudinal movement. The components are designed to provide 8.5″ of lateral support along the side of the rail base while the traditional e clip fastener provides only 3″ of lateral support. The interlock feature between the anti-abrasion assembly and the concrete tie also minimizes relative movement between abrasion plate and concrete tie, which results in less concrete surface abrasion.

    摘要: A rail fastener comprises a rail support in a form of a bracket secured to a rail base and an lever oriented in perpendicular to the rail longitudinal axis, wherein one end of the lever is articulated to the bracket by a silentblock and the other end comprises a rail mounting platform equipped with limiters of the rail displacement in the direction perpendicular to the rail track axis. The rail is secured to the rail support by two clips disposed astride the rail. Some ends of the clips are taken under the lower surface of the rail platform, while the other ends abut on the upper surface of the rail flange via hexagonal adjusters each having an orifice located eccentrically in relation to the hexagon axis and receiving the other end of the clip. The rail fastener further comprises two elastic members disposed between the rail and the rail base astride the lever, and their thickness is selected so as to form a gap between the rail base and the lower surface of the lever in a position when the rail receives a load of a train wheels.

    摘要: The invention is tie plates that are used to secure railway rails to the cross ties. The plate is cast with vertical abutment walls each of which has a slot along the inner wall originating from the lower outside edge and rising towards the top and center of each vertical abutment member. Between each pair of abutment members on either side of the rail seat is an upwardly facing ramp to facilitate insertion of the clip. Each ramp surface has a half cylindrical button cast on top of it. The button is used to retain the clip prior to shipment. The bottom of the plate has wedge shaped projections that tapper laterally solely in the same direction as the rail seat. The plate also has a portion laterally outward of each abutment member formed with a pit in its upper side for locating the outer end of the clip.
