    摘要: A system for a screwless rail fastening includes a spring element and a supporting collar. The spring element has a bearing section, a curved section, a holding-down section, aligned in the opposite direction to the bearing section, a curved section curved in the direction of the bearing section, and a locking section aligned transversally to the bearing section. The supporting collar includes a fastening section for retaining the supporting collar on the foundation, a carrier section supported by the fastening section, a bearing recess formed on the carrier section for mounting of the bearing section, and a locking head supported by the carrier section on which a counter-bearing for the locking section is formed so that the locking section is retained in a position relative to the bearing section of the spring element.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a base plate for a rail fastening point, in which a rail for a rail vehicle is fastened on a substrate. The base plate includes a main body with a rib structure, which from the underside assigned to the substrate is formed into the main body of the base plate and is formed by ribs and by recesses which surround the ribs and are open to the underside, and to a rail fastening point. The base plate for a rail fastening point can be manufactured in a simple, cost-effective manner and makes it possible to avoid by simple means pressing into a soft substrate. This is achieved in that the base plate additionally includes a cover fastened to the base plate after the manufacture of the main body, which covers the rib structure on the underside of the main body at least in sections.

    摘要: A system for fastening a rail having a rail foot, a web positioned thereon, and a rail head, includes a tensioning clamp with a carrying plate. The carrying plate has a central portion for bracing the tensioning clamp on the carrying plate, at least one torsion portion branching off from the central portion in the lateral direction and a holding arm connected to the torsion portion via a curved transition portion. The holding arm extends, starting from the transition portion, counter to the torsion portion and exerts via the free end of its end portion a resilient holding-down force on the rail foot of the rail to be fastened. The length of the torsion portion and the course of the transition portion is adapted to each other in such a way that at least the transition portion is guided without supports laterally past a region of the carrying plate that is associated with the central portion of the tensioning clamp. The end portion of the holding arm is angled away from the torsion portion in such a way that it points in the direction of the web of the rail to be fastened.

The sheath has mounting points at an upper surface of each side of the sheath, and upper side portions of the resilient layer extends laterally over the mounting points at each side of the sheath and engage with the mounting points. The upper surface mounting points for the sheath can be used for positioning of the sheath, and enable the sheath to be grouted into position in a one stage process. The mounting points enable the sheath to be installed without the rail, with high accuracy.

    摘要: In a railroad track comprising a railroad rail having a lower flange, a railroad tie made from concrete, and a polyurethane pad mounted between the lower flange of the railroad rail and an upper surface of the railroad tie, a particulate layer is interposed between the polyurethane pad and the railroad tie and comprises particles bonded to the polyurethane pad. Preferably, the bonded particles are polycarbonate, acrylic, or nylon particles, either granules or fibers. Alternatively, the bonded particles are particles of quartz, silica sand, silicon carbide, or aluminum oxide. An adhesive layer is interposed between the polyurethane pad and the railroad tie, comprises a methacrylate ester composition, and is bonded to particles among the bonded particles and to the railroad tie, whereby the polyurethane pad and the railroad tie are bonded to one another via the particulate and adhesive layers.
