    Abstract: Certain aspects of the present disclosure provide techniques for wireless communications by a UE. An example method by a user UE generally includes identifying overlapping uplink transmissions, performing a cancelation procedure involving at least one of the overlapping uplink transmissions based on one or more factors, before or after performing at least one of a first step of a multiplexing procedure to resolve overlapping uplink transmissions with a same priority or a second step of the multiplexing procedure to resolve overlapping uplink transmissions with different priorities, and transmitting at least one of the overlapping uplink transmissions after performing the cancelation procedure.

    Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may receive a signal that is transmitted by a base station with a modulation signature associated with a reconfigurable intelligent surface (RIS) or a repeater and redirected by the RIS or the repeater using modulation that reverses the modulation signature associated with the RIS or the repeater. The UE may decode the signal, wherein the signal is decodable by the UE based at least in part on the signal being redirected by the RIS or the repeater using the modulation that reverses the modulation signature associated with the RIS or the repeater. Numerous other aspects are described.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. Feedback information associated with decoding downlink information may be reported in a first stage and a second stage. A size of the second stage may be restricted by an upper limit associated with an available set of uplink resources for transmitting the feedback information. Limiting the size of the second stage may include reducing a size of second information generated for the second stage, yielding third information for the second stage. The third information may be transmitted with first information generated for the first stage. Limiting the size of the second stage may also include generating second information having a reduced size based on determining that the upper limit may be exceeded. The reduced-size second information may be transmitted with the first information.

    Abstract: Method and apparatus to link a Msg4 PUCCH coverage enhancement and a Msg3 repetition request. The apparatus transmits a PRACH to initiate a RACH procedure, the PRACH including a request for a first coverage enhancement associated with the RACH procedure. The request includes information related to at least a second coverage enhancement associated with an acknowledgement associated with the RACH procedure. The apparatus receives a random access response associated with the RACH procedure. The first coverage enhancement may correspond to a repetition request for a RRC connection request message. The second coverage enhancement may correspond to a repetition request for an RRC connection setup message.
