Abstract: A method for performing wireless communication by a first device and an apparatus for supporting same are provided. The method may comprise: receiving, from a base station, information related to a first sidelink (SL) resource and information related to a first physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) resource; transmitting, to a second device, a medium access control (MAC) packet data unit (PDU) by using the first SL resource, wherein the MAC PDU includes a packet related to a logical channel for which hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) feedback is disabled, and wherein the MAC PDU includes no packet related to a logical channel for which HARQ feedback is enabled; determining that retransmission of the MAC PDU is required; and transmitting, to the base station, NACK information by using the first PUCCH resource based on no SL grant available for retransmission of the MAC PDU.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a method of receiving a physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) by a user equipment (UE) in a wireless communication system. The method may include: receiving a parameter related to discontinuous reception (DRX) operation through a higher layer; receiving first downlink control information (DCI) including information related to physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) monitoring adaptation; receiving second DCI for scheduling the PDSCH within a DRX active time of the DRX operation, based on the information related to the PDCCH monitoring adaptation; and receiving the PDSCH based on the second DCI. The PDCCH monitoring adaptation may be determined based on jitter related to the PDSCH.

Abstract: According to an embodiment, a method performed by a first wireless device in a wireless communication system includes: reserving a set of resources comprising at least a first resource for an initial transmission and a second resource for a retransmission; creating a data unit based on the first resource and the second resource; performing the initial transmission of the data unit to a second wireless device by using the first resource; determining whether to reserve a resource for the retransmission of the data unit based on at least one of a congestion level and/or a priority of the data unit; removing the second resource and reserving a third resource as the resource for the retransmission of the data unit; and performing the retransmission of the data unit by using the third resource to the second wireless device.

Abstract: A user equipment (UE) receives, from a network, a semi-persistent scheduling (SPS) configuration and a physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) resource configuration. The PUCCH resource configuration may be included in the SPS configuration. When a change of an SPS operation is required, the user equipment transmits an SPS change request to the network and receives, from the network, an SPS resource grant activated according to the SPS change request. The user equipment changes allocation of a PUCCH resource allocated according to the PUCCH resource configuration, on the basis of the received SPS resource grant. For example, a timing at which or a period in which the PUCCH resource is allocated can be changed.
