Abstract: A method and apparatus for combining UL data with a feedback of DL data in a wireless communication system is provided. A wireless device receives, from a network, information informing whether an application level uplink (UL) data, subsequent to a downlink (DL) data, is expected or not. A wireless device initiates random access procedure. A wireless device receives, from the network, the DL data in the random access procedure. A wireless device transmits a UL signaling including both the application level UL data and a feedback of the DL data based on the information informing that the application level UL data subsequent the DL data is expected.

The method may comprise: receiving, from a second device, a CSI-RS; transmitting, to a base station, a SR or a BSR, based on triggering of sidelink CSI MAC CE transmission to the second device by channel-related information measured based on the CSI-RS; receiving, from the base station, a sidelink grant related to the SR or the BSR; and canceling the triggered sidelink CSI MAC CE transmission to the second device, based on a latency bound related to the sidelink CSI MAC CE transmission and a time period based on the sidelink grant for the sidelink CSI MAC CE transmission.

Abstract: A method and apparatus for data transmission considering feedback and sidelink resource allocation in a wireless communication system is provided. A wireless device enables a hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) feedback for a logical channel, selects to create a sidelink grant corresponding to transmissions of a single media access control (MAC) protocol data unit (PDU) or multiple MAC PDUs, and performs transmission resource reselection check. When there is no sidelink grant for which the HARQ feedback is enabled on a carrier, the wireless device triggers TX resource selection on the carrier.

Abstract: Provided are an operation method in accordance with uplink semi-persistent scheduling (SPS) of a terminal in a wireless communication system and a terminal using the method. The method is characterized by: receiving, from a base station, downlink control information (DCI) for indicating activation or release of uplink SPS; and decoding the DCI on the basis of a first radio network temporary identifier (RNTI) or a second RNTI. If the DCI is a first DCI for SPS for transmitting a signal to the base station, the DCI is decoded on the basis of the first RNTI, and, if the DCI is a second DCI for SPS for transmitting a vehicle-to-everything (V2X) signal, the DCI is decoded on the basis of the second RNTI. And the first RNTI and second RNTI are RNTIs that are different from each other.

Abstract: A user equipment (UE) receives a grant on a semi-persistent scheduling (SPS) resource from an eNodeB (eNB). The UE determines that the SPS resource cannot accommodate an amount of data available for transmission for a specific logical channel. The UE transmits the SPS scheduling information for the specific logical channel to the eNB. The SPS scheduling information for the specific logical channel may be a scheduling request for the specific logical channel, and may be transmitted on an additional L1 control resource.
