Abstract: Provided are a method for transmitting an ACK/NACK by a terminal configured with a plurality of serving cells, and a terminal using such a method. The method comprises: receiving data from a downlink subframe of a first serving cell; and transmitting the data for the ACK/NACK signal from an uplink subframe of a second serving cell; wherein the uplink subframe is determined in accordance with the ACK/NACK timing of the first serving cell, or the ACK/NACK timing of the second serving cell if the data is received from a downlink subframe of the second serving cell, which is identical to the downlink subframe of the first serving cell.

Abstract: Provided are a method for determining the number of hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) processes in a carrier aggregated system configured with a plurality of serving cells, and an apparatus using such a method. The method receives data from a downlink subframe of a second serving cell, and transmits an ACK/NACK signal for the data from an uplink subframe of a first serving cell, wherein the first serving cell uses a first-type frame, the second serving cell uses a second-type frame, and the number of HARQ processes in the second serving cell are determined with respect to each subframe comprised in the second-type frame and on the basis of the number of downlink subframes comprised in each section comprising a set number of subframes.

As one embodiment of the invention, a method for adjusting a contention window size (CWS) in a wireless access system supporting an unlicensed band may comprise: a step of setting a contention window size (CWS) necessary for performing a channel access process for each of priority classes; a step of performing a channel access process for a particular priority class in a channel in an unlicensed band on the basis of the set CWS; a step of performing a downlink transmission related to the particular priority class if it is determined that the channel in the unlicensed band is in an idle state as a result of the channel access process; and a step of making adjustments for all CWS' of priority classes if a triggering event, which relates to a downlink transmission and increases or reduces the CWS for the particular priority class, occurs.

Abstract: A method for transmitting an uplink signal in an unlicensed band in a wireless communication system according to an embodiment of the present invention, which is performed by a terminal, may comprises the steps of: performing channel sensing for transmitting data and a sounding reference signal in a first time interval; transmitting the sounding reference signal in a second time interval immediately following the first time interval when a channel is in a non-occupied state according to a result of the channel sensing and transmission of the sounding reference signal is scheduled; and transmitting a preliminary signal or transmitting uplink data in the second time interval immediately following the first time interval when a channel is in a non-occupied state according to a result of the channel sensing and only transmission of the uplink data is scheduled.

More particularly, the present invention relates to a method and an apparatus for a terminal controlling uplink power in the wireless communication system, comprising the steps of: configuring an uplink subframe (UL SF) of a first set and a UL SF of a second set; receiving a downlink control information (DCI) format including a bitmap for indicating transmit power control (TPC) for a plurality of terminals; and controlling transmit power of an uplink channel by using TPC information on the terminals from the bitmap, wherein the TPC information is used for controlling transmit power of an uplink channel transmitted from the UL SF of the first set when the DCI format comprises a first identifier, and the TPC information is used for controlling transmit power of an uplink channel transmitted from the UL SF of the second set when the DCI format comprises a second identifier.
