The UE may transmit the set of uplink transmissions using a DMRS bundling configuration that is based at least in part on the set of time-domain windows for DMRS bundling. Abstract: Certain aspects of the present disclosure provide a method for wireless communication by a user equipment (UE). The UE receives, from a network entity, after transmitting at least a first repetition of a physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) transmission according to a first repetition factor, a dynamic indication of a second repetition factor to apply for transmitting the same PUCCH transmission. The UE determines an application time of the second repetition factor based on at least a timing of a last complete or partial transmission instance of the PUCCH transmission. The UE transmits, to the network entity, one or more additional repetitions of the PUCCH transmission based, at least in part, on the determined application time of the second repetition factor.

In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may receive an indication of a loss of coherence associated with the UE. The UE may perform at least one adjustment to a transmission parameter or a reception parameter based at least in part on the indication of the loss of coherence. For example, the adjustment to the transmission parameter may include adjusting a transmit power, adjusting a transmit frequency, adapting a transmission time, changing an antenna port, or a combination thereof. Additionally, or alternatively, the adjustment to the reception parameter may include refraining from joint channel estimation across a plurality of slots, adjusting a downscaling parameter or a frequency tuning associated with at least one reception antenna, refraining from blind decoding, or a combination thereof. The UE may select, for a communication on the multi-slot transmission occasion, coded bits of a plurality of coded bits on one of the per slot basis or the per segment basis, for each of a plurality of segments, each segment including one of the one or more sets of contiguous time domain resources and spanning across at least two slots. The UE may interleave the coded bits on one of the per slot basis or the per segment basis to form one or more interleaved encoded bit sequences of a codeblock. The UE may transmit the communication including the one or more interleaved encoded bit sequences. Numerous other aspects are provided.

Abstract: Aspects presented herein may enable a UE to determine whether phase continuity is to be maintained for one or more uplink transmissions when the UE is configured with a frequency-hopping with zero frequency offset. In one aspect, a UE receives, from a network entity, an indication of frequency hopping with zero frequency offset. The UE determines whether phase continuity is to be applied to UL transmissions based on the indication of the frequency hopping with zero frequency offset. The UE transmits, to the network entity, at least one uplink channel with no phase continuity based on the determination to not apply phase continuity to the UL transmissions.

Abstract: Aspects of the present disclosure provide apparatuses, methods, processing systems, and computer readable mediums for retransmitting a random access channel (RACH) message, for example, based on parameters for initial RACH transmission. For example, a user equipment (UE) transmits an initial transmission of an uplink RACH message with repetition. The UE receives a downlink control information (DCI) scheduling a retransmission of the uplink RACH message with repetition. The UE determines parameters for the retransmission of the uplink RACH message with repetition based, at least in part, on parameters for the initial transmission of the uplink RACH message with repetition. The UE retransmits the uplink RACH message to the network entity with repetition in accordance with the determined parameters.
