    Abstract: Aspects relate to implementing a non-dropping rule for mini-slot based repetition of downlink channel data or control. In one example, cancelled repetition may be identified, non-cancelled remaining repetitions may be received, and acknowledgment feedback based on reception results may be generated. In another example, a plurality of time domain resource allocation (TDRA) candidate occasions may be identified where each occasion occurs within a different respective one of a plurality of mini-slots, each mini-slot carrying a different respective one of a plurality of downlink channel repetitions. A TDRA table may be maintained. The TDRA table may include TDRA entries such as location information of the plurality of TDRA candidate occasions associated with the plurality of downlink channel repetitions. The TDRA table may be maintained when at least one of the plurality of downlink channel repetitions is not decoded. A wireless communication device may refrain from dropping non-decoded downlink channel repetitions.

    Abstract: Aspects presented herein may enable a UE to notify a base station about the availability of a relay UE that is not connected to the base station. In one aspect, a first UE or a second UE transmits or receives a relay request of the first UE via sidelink, the first UE being in an RRC connected mode with a base station. The first UE or the second UE receives or transmits, via the sidelink, an indication of relay availability of a second UE in an RRC inactive mode in response to the relay request. The first UE and the second UE receive a configuration from the base station for relay of communication from the base station over the sidelink between the first UE and the second UE.

    Abstract: A random access procedure between a user equipment (UE) and a base station may include repetition of a random access message 3 to improve reception and provide for selection of a refined beam. The UE may receive, using a first receive beam, a random access message 2 transmitted by a base station using a first transmit beam. The random access message 2 indicates to the UE to transmit a plurality of repetitions of a random access message 3. The UE may transmit the plurality of repetitions based on the random access message 2. The UE may receive a random access message 4 transmitted by the base station using a second transmit beam that is a sub-beam of the first transmit beam based on transmitting the plurality of repetitions. The base station may select the second transmit beam based on at least one of the plurality of repetitions.

    Abstract: Aspects relate to obtaining, at a first scheduled entity, a first priority ranking of first uplink (UL) data scheduled for transmission to a scheduling entity and a first data scheduled for transmission to a second scheduled data, as well as a second priority ranking of second data scheduled for transmission to a third and fourth scheduled entity, respectively. The scheduling uses at least a portion of a sidelink resource reserved for sidelink communication for the transmissions. The scheduling of the transmissions using at least the portion of the sidelink resource are based on the first priority ranking and the second priority ranking. Various transmission cancellation and reception preemptions are transmitted from transmitting scheduled entities to other transmitting or receiving scheduled entities, respectively. Such cancellations and preemptions are based on the priority rankings, prediction of data transmission collisions and prediction of interference at receiving entities.

The method generally includes receiving, from a network entity, a configuration for a first bandwidth part (BWP) configured with frequency hopping, determining a frequency location of the first BWP during each of a plurality of frequency hops for the frequency hopping based on a reference frequency location, and communicating with the network entity via the first BWP and in accordance with the configuration.
