Abstract: A user equipment (UE), a base station (e.g., next generation NodeB (gNB)), or other network component can operate to configure a beam failure recovery (BFR) timing based on a time offset and a number of symbols in a BFR procedure, as well as enable beam switching and bandwidth part (BWP) switching to be correlated. A beam failure recovery request (BFRQ) can be processed or transmitted in response to a detection of a beam failure. A beam failure recovery response (BFRR) can be generated via a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) based on at least four slots after the BFRQ and a time offset for a non-terrestrial network (NTN).

Abstract: A switched capacitor converter can include a switched capacitor stage comprising a flying capacitor and a ladder of three switching devices. A first switching device can be connected between a DC input of the switched capacitor converter and an AC bus. A second switching device is connected between the DC input and a third switching device. The third switching device can be connected between the second switching device and ground. The flying capacitor can be connected between the AC bus and a junction of the second switching device and the third switching device. The switched capacitor converter can further include an inverter stage having an input coupled to the AC bus and an output that delivers an AC voltage.

Abstract: The present disclosure describes a system with a first counter circuit, a first converter circuit, a second counter circuit, and a second converter circuit. The first counter circuit is configured to output a first count value based on a comparison between a first reference value and a switched node value of a voltage regulator. The first converter circuit is configured to adjust an activation time of the voltage regulator based on the first count value. The second counter circuit is configured to output a second count value based on a comparison between a second reference value and the switched node value of the voltage regulator. The second converter circuit is configured to adjust an amount of current drawn away from an output of the voltage regulator based on the second count value.

Abstract: A method of modeling a wireless power transfer system can include constructing a loss-split circuit model of the wireless power transfer system. Abstract: Various implementations disclosed herein include devices, systems, and methods that enable a device to provide a view of virtual elements and a physical environment where the presentation of the virtual elements is based on positioning relative to the physical environment. In one example, a device is configured to detect a change in positioning of a virtual element, for example, when a virtual element is added, moved, or the physical environment around the virtual element is changed. The location of the virtual element in the physical environment is used to detect an attribute of the physical environment upon which the presentation of the virtual element depends. Thus, the device is further configured to detect an attribute (e.g., surface, table, mid-air, etc.) of the physical environment based on the placement of the virtual element and present the virtual element based on the detected attribute.
