Specifically, the present invention is configured to have flat-shaped coils, each forming a magnetic path in a center portion thereof, provided on upper and lower sides of the conductive plate member so as to heat the conductive plate member and to have circumferential coils provided on right and left end sides of magnetic metal casings through which the circumferential magnetic paths of the flat-shaped coils pass, whereby magnetic paths of the circumferential coils pass through both end portions of the conductive plate member.

    摘要: In a heating fluid medium passing roller device for heat-treating a object to be processed in contact with the surface of a roller 1, heat exchanger devices 5a, 5b are arranged on a circulating heating fluid medium path, and the heating fluid medium heat-exchanged in the heat exchanger device is passed through the roller 1 having a jacked chamber 1b sealed with a gas-liquid two phase heating medium within its wall to keep the roller 1 at a predetermined temperature. Further, the heating fluid medium passing roller device includes a temperature sensor 13 for detecting the temperature of the heating fluid medium to be supplied into the roller 1 and a temperature sensor 14 for detecting the temperature of the heating fluid medium exhausted from the roller 1. The flow rate of the heating fluid medium to be supplied into the roller is adjusted so that the difference between the temperatures detected by the temperature sensors 13 and 14 is constant. Thus, the heating fluid medium passing roller device can be operated with optimum energy saving in quick response to a change in the surface temperature of the roller.

    摘要: An induction heating roller apparatus comprises:a stationary shaft 23 having a plurality of hydraulic operating mechanisms 27 arranging in one line in the direction of axis, each hydraulic operating mechanism being made up of a cylinder 25 and a piston 26, and magnetic flux generating mechanisms 32 and 35 which comprise iron cores 30 and 33 and induction coils 31 and 34 wound on the latter 30 and 33; anda roller 21 which is rotatably supported on the stationary shaft 23, and has a cylindrical wall which includes jacket chambers 22 filled with a two-phase (gas and liquid) heating medium. In the apparatus, the magnetic flux generating mechanisms 32 and 35 being arranged on both sides of the stationary shaft in the direction of axis in such a manner that they are circumferentially 90.degree. away from the hydraulic operating mechanisms arranged in one line. Therefore, it is possible to provide an induction heating roller apparatus which is able to more accurately amend the configuration of the roller according to the amount of deflection, to make the surface temperature of the roller more uniform, and to perform thermal conversion with high efficiency.

    摘要: An induction heating roller apparatus comprises a rotatable hollow cylindrical roller body made of magnetic material, a pair of end frames for closing the opposite opening ends of the roller body, having roller driving shafts in outer sleeve form, magnetic flux generating device comprising an induction coil wound on an iron core body positioned between the pair of end frames and in the hollow portion of the roller body, a pair of sleeve-like rods projecting from the opposite end surfaces of the iron core body and inserted for relative rotation into the outer sleeve of the shafts, and a pair of auxiliary magnetic flux generating mechanism comprising auxiliary induction coils wound on annular iron cores positioned inside the end frames and fixed at the base portion at which the sleeve-like rods are connected to the iron core body, and wherein the end frames comprise fitting edges fitted in the opposite openings in the roller body, flange portions continuous with the fitting edges and adapted to be applied to the opening end edges of the roller body, and conical bodies projecting, while decreasing in diameter, from the integral common locations between the fitting portions and flange portions toward the roller driving shafts, and wherein the axial lengths of at least the annular iron cores in the auxiliary magnetic flux generating mechanism is such that the annular end surfaces opposite to the base portions at which the iron cores are connected to the iron core body are positioned within the range of the conical portions of the end frames.
