A network client such as a WWW browser configured to facilitate a windowed content manifestation environment (CME) which is configured to operate within a data processing system and to receive content from a remote server system to facilitate a windowed content manifestation environment. In particular, the customized WWW browser application includes a content retrieval module configured to receive content from a network server system via an electronic data network, and a processing engine coupled to the content retrieval module. The processing engine is configured to provide a content manifestation environment within the data processing system, and to process the content to produce at least one corresponding window object within the content manifestation environment. The corresponding window object(s) are configured to manifest at least a portion of the content therein.

The present invention relates to a pipe treatment process that is a portable, field-applied, coating process. The process produces a two-layer composite protective coating system with a finished, seamless, chemical bond within its interlayers as well as to adjacent coating materials, The process is suitable for both metailic and concrete substrates, which may or may not be cathoadically protected, and may be used to either coat now or to recoat e.g. repair, previously coated metallic or concrete
Abstract:
Titanium flat product is produced by passing a titanium powder green flat material through a pre-heating station and heated under a protective atmosphere to a temperature at least sufficient for hot rolling. The pre-heated flat material then is passed through a rolling station while still under a protective atmosphere and hot rolled to produce a hot rolled flat product of a required level of hot densification. The hot rolled flat product is passed through a cooling station while still under a protective atmosphere, and cooled to a temperature at which it can be passed out of a protective atmosphere. In the process, the hot rolling provides the predominant hot densification mechanism involved.

A system for generating power is described. The system comprises a gas compressor, a reservoir for storing compressed gas and an apparatus adapted to be located within a body of a liquid. The apparatus comprises at least one chamber in fluid communication with the compressed gas reservoir and an output device. In use, a compressed gas is supplied to the/each chamber from the reservoir, the buoyancy of the gas applying an upward force to a portion of the chamber, the upward force moving at least a portion of the chamber from a first position to a second position, the movement of the at least a portion of the chamber adapted to drive the output device to provide a continuous apparatus output. In at least one embodiment of the invention, heat is extracted from the compressed gas for utilisation in local heating systems.

A fish bite alarm detector and fishing line release apparatus for a fishing pole which comprises a clothespin having a spring between two operable levers. A mechanism is for removably securing the first lever of the clothespin to the fishing pole, whereby the fishing line of the fishing pole can be gripped by claw ends of the two levers of the clothespin. A buzzer mechanism is on the clothespin for audibly indicating and a LED for visually indicating that a fish is nibbling bait on a hook of the fishing line, when the fishing line is pulled by the fish and released from between the claw ends of the two levers of the clothespin.
