Abstract:
A lithographic printing plate precursor having a support, and an image recording layer containing a microcapsule and (A) an active light absorber, removable by a printing ink and/or fountain solution on the support, characterized in that the microcapsule is a specific urethane type microcapsule, and a lithographic printing method using the same.
Abstract:
A lithographic printing plate precursor comprising a support and an image-recording layer that contains (A) a radical polymerization initiator, (B) a polymerizable compound and (C) a lipophilic binder polymer substantially not containing an acid group and is capable of being removed with either or both of printing ink and dampening water, wherein the polymerizable compound has at least one structure selected from (1) an ethylene oxide chain, (2) an alcoholic hydroxy group and (3) an isocyanuric acid structure in the molecule thereof.
