    摘要: A disclosed base station in a mobile communications system which uses a single-carrier technique for uplink includes a classifying unit which classifies, for each of multiple user apparatuses according to a path loss between the respective user apparatus and the base station, the multiple user apparatuses into two or more groups; and a scheduler which plans allocating of uplink resources to the user apparatuses. Uplink signals of each user apparatus that have multiple frequency components lined up in equal frequency intervals are multiplexed using a distributed frequency division multiplexing technique such that they are made mutually orthogonal on a frequency axis, the scheduler plans the resource allocating such that the user apparatuses belonging to different groups utilize different group bands or different time slots, and the group bands are specified by dividing a system band into groups.

    摘要: When a handover standby threshold falls below a received power of perch channel from a base station 150-1 of a communication partner, a mobile station 110 sends a handover standby operation request to a base station control apparatus 130, and notifies of history of movement of itself and receives powers of perch channels from base stations 150-2–150-4 surrounding the communication partner (mobile station information). The base station control apparatus 130 compares the mobile station information with history of mobile station information so that a handover destination candidate base station is selected and sent to the mobile station 110. The mobile station 110 switches the communication partner to the handover destination candidate base station when received power of the perch channel from the base station 150-1 falls below a handover threshold.

    摘要: A cell selection scheme in a CDMA mobile communication system which is capable of shortening the cell selection processing time while constructing a mobile communication system with a practically feasible base station configuration. In a CDMA mobile communication system, first type base stations which share a common reference timing are transmitting pilot channels spread by using an identical pilot channel spread code at mutually different spread code phases with respect to the common reference timing where these mutually different spread code phases are assigned to different first type base stations, and second type base stations which do not share the common reference timing are transmitting pilot channels spread by using mutually different pilot channel spread codes at arbitrary spread code phases where these mutually different pilot channel spread codes being assigned to different second type base stations. A mobile station receives these pilot channels and judges a located cell of the mobile station according to receiving levels, pilot channel spread codes and spread code phases of received pilot channels.
