摘要: A wireless device receives configuration parameters indicating a maximum permissible exposure (MPE) threshold. First uplink signals are transmitted via a first antenna panel. A downlink control information (DCI) indicating switching from the first antenna panel to a second antenna panel is received. An MPE event is detected based on the MPE threshold and a power value associated with the second antenna panel. Based on the detecting the MPE event: the switching indication is ignored by not switching to the second antenna panel; and second uplink signals are transmitted via the first antenna panel.

摘要: A wireless device receives one or more configuration parameters for uplink bandwidth parts (BWPs) of a cell. A first preamble, for a random-access procedure, is transmitted via a first uplink BWP of the uplink BWPs. A random-access response comprising a backoff indicator is received. A backoff window associated with the backoff indicator is started. A second uplink BWP of the uplink BWPs, that is different from the first uplink BWP, is selected for transmission of a second preamble during the backoff window. The wireless device transmits, via the second uplink BWP and based on the selecting, the second preamble for the random-access procedure.

摘要: A wireless device receives one or more messages comprising one or more configuration parameters. The one or more configuration parameters indicate a plurality of transmission configuration indication (TCI) states. comprise at least one configuration parameter of a first downlink transmission group and a second downlink transmission group. A medium access control control element (MAC CE) is received. The MAC CE comprises: a first field identifying one of the first downlink transmission group and the second downlink transmission group; and a second field activating one or more TCI states, of the plurality of TCI states, for a downlink transmission group identified by the first field. A downlink control information (DCI) scheduling a transport block is received. In response to receiving the DCI, the transport block based on a TCI state among the one or more TCI states of the downlink transmission group is received.

摘要: A wireless device receives one or more radio resource control messages from a base station. The one or more radio resource control messages comprising configuration parameters of a cell for beam failure recovery. The configuration parameters indicate: a serving beam set, a plurality of candidate beam sets, and a monitoring priority of the plurality of candidate beam sets. A beam failure instance of the serving beam set is detected. In response to the detection, a first candidate beam set of the plurality of candidate beam sets is determined based on the monitoring priority. A candidate beam is selected from the first candidate beam set. A preamble associated with the candidate beam for the beam failure recovery is transmitted.

摘要: A wireless device receives one or more first radio resource control (RRC) messages. The first RRC messages comprise one or more configuration parameters of a first cell and a second cell. A second RRC message is received. The second RRC message indicates a first change of a first active bandwidth part (BWP) of the first cell. Processing of the second RRC message is completed. A determination is made that the completing occurs during a time duration of a second change of a second active BWP of the second cell. Based on the determining, the first change of the first active BWP is delayed until the second change of the second active BWP is completed.

摘要: A wireless device receives first configuration parameters of a first bandwidth part and a second bandwidth part of a licensed cell; and second configuration parameters of a third bandwidth part and a fourth bandwidth part of an unlicensed cell. A first downlink control information indicating switching from the first bandwidth part to the second bandwidth part as an active bandwidth part is received. A second downlink control information indicating switching from the third bandwidth part to the fourth bandwidth part as an active bandwidth part is received. Based on the receiving the first downlink control information: the wireless device switches from the first bandwidth part to the second bandwidth part; and does not transmit a confirmation. Based on the receiving the second downlink control information, the wireless device switches from the third bandwidth part to the fourth bandwidth part; and transmits a confirmation.

A downlink control information (DCI), indicating an uplink grant, is received via a control resource set. A PUCCH resource group is selected, based on the control resource set, from the plurality of PUCCH resource groups. A spatial relation information corresponding to a first PUCCH resource of the selected PUCCH resource group is determined. An uplink transport block is transmitted via the uplink grant based on the spatial relation information.

摘要: A wireless device receives, from a base station, one or more messages indicating: a control resource set (coreset) of a bandwidth part of a cell; and a first reference signal (RS) associated with the coreset. A downlink control channel in the coreset is monitored based on the first RS. A control command indicating a group of one or more second RSs is received. The wireless device determines that the group of the one or more second RSs does not include the first RS. In response to the determining, the wireless device stops monitoring the downlink control channel in the coreset.

The wireless device transmits a hybrid automatic repeat request acknowledgement (HARQ-ACK) codebook comprising HARQ-ACK information bits corresponding to the plurality of DCIs, wherein the HARQ-ACK information bits are in order of indexes of RB sets corresponding to the DCIs.
