摘要: A base station distributed unit may determine that a first uplink timing advance value for a first cell of a wireless device is different than a second uplink timing advance value for a second cell of the wireless device. The first cell and the second cell may belong to a first timing advance group. The base station distributed unit may transmit a first message to a base station central unit in response to the determining. The first message may comprise one or more information elements indicating a reconfiguration of a timing advance group configuration for the wireless device. The base station distributed unit may receive a radio resource control message from the base station central unit based on the reconfiguration for the wireless device.

摘要: A base station transmits to a wireless device, a first request to measure synchronization signal(s) of a first cell. The base station receives from the wireless device, measurement report(s) of at least one synchronization signal of the synchronization signal(s). The base station transmits to the wireless device, a second request to measure CSI-RS(s) of the first cell. The base station receives from the wireless device, second measurement report(s) of the CSI-RS(s). The second measurement report(s) are generated in response to the second request. The base station selects first CSI-RS(s) of the CSI-RS(s) based on the second measurement report(s). The base station transmits a downlink control information to the wireless device via one or more control channels. The downlink control information initiates a random access procedure of the first cell. The downlink control information comprises an indication of the first CSI-RS(s).

An active bandwidth part is switched from the first bandwidth part to the second bandwidth part. A first contention window size determined based on the switching. Based on the first contention window size, a listen before talk procedure is performed for transmission of a transport block in one or more subbands of the second bandwidth part. A transport block is transmitted based on a listen before talk procedure indicating a clear channel.

摘要: A wireless device receives message(s) comprising: a first value for an uplink hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) round-trip-time (RTT) timer; and a second value for an uplink discontinuous reception (DRX) retransmission timer. A transport block is transmitted via an uplink data channel. The uplink HARQ RTT timer is started with the first value in response to transmitting the transport block. The first value indicates a first number of symbols. The uplink DRX retransmission timer is started with the second value in response to the uplink HARQ RTT timer expiring. The second value indicates of a second number of slot lengths. A downlink control channel is monitored while the uplink DRX retransmission timer is running.

摘要: A wireless device receives one or more first radio resource control (RRC) messages. The first RRC messages comprise one or more configuration parameters of a first cell and a second cell. A second RRC message is received. The second RRC message indicates a first change of a first active bandwidth part (BWP) of the first cell. Processing of the second RRC message is completed. A determination is made that the completing occurs during a time duration of a second change of a second active BWP of the second cell. Based on the determining, the first change of the first active BWP is delayed until the second change of the second active BWP is completed.

The second BWP configuration parameters comprise: frequency information of a second initial BWP employed for transmission of a random access preamble; and bandwidth information of the second initial BWP. The first base station determines one or more first BWP configuration parameters of a first initial BWP of a first cell of the first base station based on the second BWP configuration parameters. The first base station transmits the one or more first BWP configuration parameters to a wireless device.

The message(s) comprise a first aggregate maximum bit rate of the wireless device at the first base station. The message(s) comprise a PDCP packet duplication parameter indicating that a first packet flow comprises duplicated PDCP packets. The first base station receives the duplicated PDCP packets of the first packet flow from the second base station. The first base station transmits the duplicated PDCP packets to the wireless device. The first base station determines that a bit rate between the wireless device and the first base station exceeds the first aggregate maximum bit rate. The determining ignores, based on the PDCP packet duplication parameter, the duplicated PDCP packets. The first base station limits the bit rate between the wireless device and the first base station based on the determining.

摘要: A base station distributed unit receives information elements (IEs) from a base station central unit. The IEs comprise: at least one bearer configuration information element indicating that PDCP packet duplication is configured for at least one first bearer of a wireless device; and at least one information element indicating activation of the PDCP packet duplication of the at least one first bearer. The base station distributed unit transmits a medium access control control element indicating the activation of the PDCP packet duplication of the at least one first bearer to the wireless device in response to the at least one information element indicating the activation of the PDCP packet duplication. Based on the medium access control control element, the base station distributed unit receives: PDCP packets of the at least one first bearer; and duplicated PDCP packets of the at least one first bearer.

The configuration parameters indicate a plurality of reference signal (RS) sets. An RS set of the plurality of RS sets comprises one or more RSs. A medium access control control element, activating the RS set of the plurality of RS sets, is received. A downlink control information, indicating an RS of the RS set, is received. A spatial domain transmission filter, for the physical uplink control channel, is determined based on based on the RS. Uplink control information is transmitted, via the physical uplink control channel, based on the spatial domain transmission filter.
