Abstract: The present disclosure provides a display panel, a driving method thereof and a display apparatus. The display panel includes display areas arranged in array, each display area including at least two pixels having different domain tilt directions and strip electrodes in the pixels having different tilt directions. The pixels having different domain tilt directions in each display area are electrically connected with different gate lines, and the pixels in each display area are electrically connected with a same data line. Each pixel is configured to drive, under a control of the gate line electrically connected with the pixel, liquid crystal molecules in the pixel to create a corresponding liquid crystal prism according to amplitude of data voltage input through the data line, so as to control light emergent direction at a position where the pixel is located. The display panel is capable of performing single or multiple view display.

Abstract: A 3D display device and a driving method thereof are provided, which includes controlling first subpixels, arranged in an electroluminescent display (ELD) panel disposed below a liquid crystal display (LCD) panel, to form luminous areas and black areas alternately arranged in the row direction, so as to form a rear grating; determining a position for displaying a left-eye view and a position for displaying a right-eye view in the LCD panel according to current positions of eyes of a viewer; and controlling second subpixels corresponding to the same position for displaying the left-eye image in the LCD panel to display same view, and controlling second subpixels corresponding to the same position for displaying the right-eye image to display same view.

Abstract: A liquid crystal lens is disclosed in embodiments of the present disclosure. A liquid crystal lens includes: a first substrate and a second substrate disposed opposite to each other; a first electrode layer and a second electrode layer between the first substrate and the second substrate, the second electrode layer including a plurality of second electrodes each of which is capable being applied independently with a voltage and forms a vertical electrical field with the first electrode layer; and blue phase liquid crystals between the first electrode layer and the second electrode layer, wherein, the blue phase liquid crystals in different positions have different degrees of deformation under the action of the vertical electrical field at different intensities, to enable an imaging distance of the liquid crystal lens to vary smoothly along a preset curve. A display device and a method of driving the display device are further disclosed.

Abstract: A 3D display device is provided. The 3D display device includes a display panel and a light source, the display panel including a first substrate and a second substrate, wherein, the light source is disposed on a side surface of the first substrate, and configured to emit light into the first substrate, wherein, light is propagated in the first substrate in a total reflection manner; the 3D display device further includes a light adjustment structure disposed on a surface of the first substrate facing the second substrate; the light adjustment structure is configured to adjust an emergent direction of light incident into the light adjustment structure from the first substrate, such that a first part of light emerging from the light adjustment structure is propagated in a left eye direction through a first display unit of the display panel, and a second part of light emerging from the light adjustment structure is propagated in a right eye direction through a second display unit of the display panel. Thus, a utilization rate and brightness of light can be improved, and a thickness of the display device is reduced.

The fingerprint identifying device is capable of improving the identifying accuracy thereof.
