Abstract: According to one embodiment, a display device includes first semiconductor layers crossing a first scanning line in a non-display area, the first semiconductor layers being a in number, second semiconductor layers crossing a second scanning line in the non-display area, the second semiconductor layers being b in number, and an insulating film disposed between the first and second semiconductor layers and the first and second scanning lines, wherein a and b are integers greater than or equal to 2, and a is different from b, and the first and second semiconductor layers are both entirely covered with the insulating film.

Abstract: The present application discloses a liquid crystal array substrate having an array of a plurality of subpixel areas. The liquid crystal array substrate includes a plurality of first signal lines and a plurality of second signal lines crossing over each other; and a plurality of pixel electrodes corresponding to the plurality of subpixel areas, each of the plurality of subpixel areas including a single one of the plurality of pixel electrodes, and the single one of the plurality of pixel electrodes in each of the plurality of subpixel areas being an integral pixel electrode. Each of the plurality of subpixel areas includes a first subarea and a second subarea having a substantially mirror symmetry with respect to a plane of mirror symmetry containing the one of the plurality of second signal lines in plan view of the array of the plurality of subpixel areas. The first subarea and the second subarea constitute an integral subpixel area.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to an array substrate, a manufacturing method thereof, and a display panel. Each of the pixel areas correspondingly connects with a data line and a scanning line. In each of the pixel areas, a source of a first TFT and a gate of a second TFT are on the same layer. A gate of the first TFT, a source and a drain of the second TFT, and the scanning line are on the same layer. As such, the present disclosure may avoid the color shift of the vertical alignment (VA) display and may improve the pixel aperture rate.
