    Abstract: A pixel arrangement structure, a display substrate, a display device, and a mask plate set are provided. In the pixel arrangement structure, a first virtual rectangle includes one first color sub-pixel block, one second color sub-pixel block, and one third color sub-pixel block, the first virtual rectangle includes a first edge and a second edge; a distance between the second color sub-pixel block and the first edge and a distance between the third color sub-pixel block and the first edge are both smaller than a distance between the first color sub-pixel block and the first edge; and a center of the first color sub-pixel block is located on the perpendicular bisector of the first edge and a distance between the center of the first color sub-pixel block and the first edge is approximately ½ to ¾ of a length of the second edge.

    Abstract: A display substrate and a display device are disclosed. The display substrate (10) includes a plurality of repeating units (100), a plurality of primary signal lines (21) and an auxiliary signal line (22). Each of the repeating units (100) includes a first sub-pixel (R1), a second sub-pixel (B1) and two third sub-pixels (G1, G2). The two third sub-pixels (G1, G2) are located between two adjacent primary signal lines (21). In each of the repeating units (100), the first sub-pixel (R1) and the second sub-pixel (B1) are arranged in a first direction (X), and the two third sub-pixels (G1, G2) are arranged in a second direction (Y). The first direction (X) and the second direction (Y) are different directions. At least one auxiliary signal line (22) is disposed between the two adjacent primary signal lines (21). Two ends of the auxiliary signal line (22) are respectively connected to the two adjacent primary signal lines (21). The two third sub-pixels (G1, G2) are respectively located on two sides of the auxiliary signal line (22).

    Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provides an array substrate. The array substrate includes a display region and a packaging region. The packaging region includes a plurality of functional layers. And the packaging region further includes: a plurality of through holes running through at least one of the plurality of functional layers and configured to allow a packaging adhesive to enter therein; and a groove formed above at least some of the through holes, wherein, projection areas of the at least some of the through holes onto a base substrate of the array substrate are located within a projection area of the groove onto the base substrate. Embodiments of the present invention further provides a display panel and a display apparatus including the abovementioned array substrate, and a method of manufacturing the abovementioned array substrate.

An exemplary semiconductor device includes a first electrode, an insulating layer, and a second electrode, over a substrate. A conductive layer is on the insulating layer.     Abstract: The present invention provides a prefabricated substrate of array substrate, a vapor deposition method, an array substrate and a display apparatus, which can solve a problem that there is a waste of material in a vapor deposition process of the prior art. The prefabricated substrate comprises a plurality of sub-pixel units, each sub-pixel unit comprising a drive unit and a sub-pixel electrode connected with the drive unit, wherein, the drive unit is also connected with a data line and a gate line, and is used for transferring a data voltage signal outputted from the data line to the sub-pixel electrode when the gate line is strobed. The sub-pixel unit further comprises a switch unit connected with the data line and the sub-pixel electrode The switch unit is used for adjusting voltage of the sub-pixel electrode under control of a switch signal outputted from a switch signal line.
