摘要： A two-piece wearable absorbent article including a chassis and a disposable absorbent insert is disclosed. The chassis may be asymmetric across a lateral axis, with front and rear regions, and have a pair of elasticized leg band portions, an insert fastener component, and a chassis indicium disposed thereon. The insert may be asymmetric across a lateral axis and have forward and rearward regions and have a pair of elasticized standing cuffs, a fastener component, and an insert indicium disposed thereon. The chassis and the insert may be adapted to function optimally with the respective front and forward regions proximate the torso front region of the wearer. The respective fastener components may be adapted to effect fastening of the insert to the chassis, and the respective indicia may be adapted to provide information to the user concerning correct front-rear orientation.

摘要： A two-piece wearable absorbent article (such as a diaper) including an outer cover, and particularly, an absorbent insert for use therewith, are disclosed. The insert has a fastener component disposed at either or both a forward region and a rearward region thereof, for fastening the insert within the outer cover. The backsheet has a physical variation along at least one axis, wherein said physical variation defines a first backsheet zone and a second backsheet zone, and at least one elastomeric element having at least one primary direction of stretch, said elastomeric element at least partially overlapping and joined to first and/or second backsheet zone, wherein a relaxed pathlength of said elastomeric element in the primary direction of stretch is less than a total pathlength of said backsheet in the region of overlap. The physical variation is a measurable difference as measured by a physical property selected from the group consisting of basis weight, thickness and density.

The central zone has greater air flow according to the Air Permeability Test than the barrier zone. The barrier zone a greater hydrohead according to the Hydrostatic Head Pressure Test than the central zone. The containment member may be used for absorbent core formation and may have portions configured to serve as barrier leg cuffs for the finished absorbent article.
