摘要: An absorbent article includes bond seams that are positioned forwardly towards the article central longitudinal direction from the lateral-most side edges of the article, and which are aligned with the highest point of high-rise leg openings on the article. The absorbent article is conformable on both front and back panels, with the front panel being narrower in dimension than the back panel. The bond seams and leg openings can be seen on the front surface of the relaxed and flattened absorbent article. Such absorbent article may be manufactured along the article transverse direction by use of differential tension during manufacture, or differential retractive properties of elastic base materials.

摘要: A flexible demolding device, comprising a flexible substrate and a driving device. A plurality of forming holes are provided on the flexible substrate and penetrate through the thickness direction of the flexible substrate. The driving device drives the flexible substrate to move continuously in a defined direction. The driving device comprises a driving wheel, a supporting wheel and a conveying belt which is sleeved between the driving wheel and the supporting wheel. The flexible substrate is fixed on the conveying belt. On one hand, the demolding assembly no longer has a rigid structure. On the other hand, since the flexible substrate can be fixed on the conveying belt by means of the connecting body, the flexible substrate can be easily replaced.

A first strut forms a first sidewall of the depression opposite a second sidewall of the depression formed by a second strut, wherein neither of the first strut nor the second strut extend longitudinally and/or laterally beyond the depression centerline by more than 0.75 mm.

摘要: A method for applying absorbing inserts in a process for the production of pull-up diapers, includes: feeding a composite elastic web, including at least one elastic element, along a path and according to an advancing direction, conferring said composite elastic web with an application tension such that the composite elastic web has an elongation lower than a nominal maximum elongation thereof and the elastic element has a second percentage elastic elongation lower than first percentage elastic elongation corresponding to the nominal maximum elongation; applying absorbing inserts on an intermediate portion of the composite elastic web while the composite elastic web advances with said application tension, such that, once the tension is completely released, the absorbing inserts remain substantially flat and do not form substantial folds or wrinkles.

摘要: A method for manufacturing an absorbent article, said method comprising guiding a first sheet material along a rotating member, wherein a surface of said rotating member is provided with a pattern with at least one suction zone and at least one non-suction zone; applying an absorbent material on said first sheet material on the rotating member; locally removing the absorbent material applied on at least one attachment portion of the first sheet material located above the at least one non-suction zone, such that at least one remaining portion of the first sheet material located above the at least one suction zone is covered with absorbent material and substantially no absorbent material is present on the at least one attachment portion; applying a second sheet material on top of the absorbent material on the first sheet material.

摘要: The invention relates to a turning apparatus for a production plant (2) for sanitary products, in particular adult or baby diapers, the turning apparatus having a drum (12) which rotates about a geometrical drum rotational axis (11), and at least one plate (14) which is spaced apart radially from the drum rotational axis (11) and is coupled to the drum (12), which plate (14) comprises a suction face (15) for the transport of sanitary material pieces (16), which suction face (15) holds the respective sanitary material piece (16) by means of a vacuum during the transport, the plate (14) having a geometrical vertical axis (17) which runs radially with respect to the drum rotational axis (11), the plate (14) receiving the sanitary material piece (16) with a first orientation about the vertical axis (17) in a first transfer region (18), and transporting the sanitary material piece (16) from the first transfer region (18) to a second transfer region (20) along a setpoint transfer path (19) which runs in the circumferential direction around the drum rotational axis (11), the suction face (15) being rotated with the sanitary material piece (16) about the vertical axis (17) during the transport, the plate (14) outputting the sanitary material piece (16) in the second transfer region (20) with a second orientation which is different than the first orientation about the vertical axis (17). It is proposed that, during the receiving and/or outputting, the plate (14) carries out a non-linear compensation movement relative to the drum (12) with a radial movement component.
