Abstract:
A method of providing location-related information in an explorer information management server is provided. The method includes receiving registration of current locations of explorers, searching for the explorers in a specific region according to a request for search for the explorers in the specific region from a requester, transmitting a list of explorers according to the search to a requester terminal, requesting an explorer selected by the requester to provide information as explorer selection information is received from the requester terminal, and receiving the information from the explorer and transmitting the information to the requester terminal.

A transcoding server is provided, and the transcoding server includes a receiving unit configured to receive image data and additional information via a communication network; an additional middleware configured to process the received additional information; a decoding unit configured to decode the received image data; an overlay-mixer configured to generate integrated image data by overlaying the decoded image data with the processed additional information; an encoding unit configured to encode the generated integrated data image; and a transmitting unit configured to transmit the encoded integrated image data to one or more terminals.
Abstract:
There are provided a file management server for ensuring security in a cloud computing environment, and a file management method thereof. The file management server includes: a file registration unit configured to store a file in a plurality of chunk servers, and to manage a security level of the file; and a file search unit configured to receive a file access request from a client module, to check a security level of a file corresponding to the file access request, to notify, if the security level of the file is equal to or higher than a predetermined security level, the file's owner that a request for accessing the file has been made.
Abstract:
Provided is a fast handover method using a layer 2 (L2) and layer 3 (L3) combination. When a mobile node moves from a present region to another region, fast handover of the mobile node is provided using a location update function between handover control agents (HCAs), and data bicasting from an old HCA wherein the mobile node performs handover to a new HCA.
