Abstract: A plyometric exercise device and associated method is disclosed. The device comprises a polyhedron with a plurality of side surfaces. At least two exercise platforms are mounted to a respective two side surfaces of the polyhedron, each of the side surfaces having a respective, opposing, parallel base surface of the polyhedron. The polyhedron is configured such that each of the side surfaces is at a different height above and parallel to a floor when its opposite base surface is set on the floor. A method of exercising using the device includes setting any one of the base surfaces on the floor and exercising on the exercise platform opposing the base surface at the corresponding height, and setting one of the other base surfaces on the floor and exercising on the exercise platform opposing the base surface on the opposing height.

Abstract: A rowing machine exercise device includes a vertically adjustable rear support base. The vertically adjustable rear support base includes an outer vertical support beam extending down from the rowing machine frame; an inner vertical support beam received in a telescoping manner within the outer support beam through the bottom of the outer support beam; a latch pin assembly mounted to the outer vertical support beam, where the latch pin assembly includes a latch pin biased to extend through the latch pin hole and any of the adjustment holes that are vertically aligned with the latch pin hole, and where the latch pin assembly includes an actuating tab that overcomes the bias to pull the latch pin from the vertically aligned adjustment hole when actuated; and a lift handle mounted to or part of the outer vertical support beam and/or the rowing machine frame.

Abstract: The resistance band system of the disclosure includes one or more resistance bands, and a pair of handles which secure the ends of the one or more resistance bands. Each handle locks onto one of the ends of each resistance band. The handle is adapted to grip the resistance band with greater force when force is applied to the resistance band, such as when it is in use. The handle unlocks to release the ends of one or more of the resistance bands from the handles for changing of one or more of the resistance bands.

Abstract: A massage apparatus includes coaxially nested rollers, which may be frictionally engaged. Each roller includes a tubular frame, raised rolling bands, and a plurality of massaging protuberances, wherein the height of the bands is at least the height of the protuberances. The protuberances on each nested roller may be identical, but differ from the protuberances on each of the other rollers. Protuberances may be smaller on each successively nested roller. The bands and protuberances may be flexible and pliable, and made from rubber, silicone, neoprene or foam. The bands and protuberances may be formed directly in a sleeve covering the tubular frame.
