Package for smoking articles having: a group of smoking articles; an outer container having an open top end; a lid hinged to the outer container to close the open top end; a collar which is glued on the inside of the outer container so as to partially project outwards from the open top end and has a through pull-out opening, through which the smoking articles can be pulled out; and a sealing flap, which is glued to the collar, is arranged on the outside of the collar and on top of the collar itself, covers, at least when the lid is in the closed position, the pull-out opening, and is provided with a connecting tab which is permanently and non-removably glued to a front wall of the lid by means of a permanent glue so that the opening and closing of the lid also simultaneously opens and closes the pull-out opening.

A pack for smoking articles having: an inner container housing a group of smoking articles and provided with an extraction opening for the smoking articles; a closing tab coupled to the inner container in the area of the extraction opening to close the extraction opening, the closing tab being glued to the inner container in a releasable manner; a rigid outer container that houses the inner container; and a cup-shaped lid hinged to the outer container so as to rotate, relative to the outer container, between an opening position and a closing position. The closing tab has: a plastic layer arranged internally, a through opening arranged in the area of the extraction opening, and directly glued to an outer surface of the inner container using re-stick glue; and a paper layer arranged in contact with the plastic layer and more on the outside than the plastic layer.

Rigid pack for tobacco articles comprising: a container, which has a parallelepiped shape and has an open upper end; a lid which is hinged to the container and has a parallelepiped shape; an inner wrap which encloses a group of tobacco articles, and is housed on the inside of the container; and a collar, which embraces the inner wrap, is internally glued to the container, protrudes from the open upper end of the container, and has a front wall which is superimposed and glued to a front wall of the container, and two lateral walls which are superimposed and glued to the lateral walls of the container; the collar has an upper wall, a rear wall, and a pull-out opening for the tobacco articles that is defined by a through-incision and involves a portion of the front wall and a portion of the upper wall.

A packet of smoking articles having: a cup-shaped outer container; a cup-shaped lid hinged to the outer container to rotate, with respect to the outer container itself, between an open position and a closed position; a group of articles; an inner package which encloses the group of articles, is housed inside the outer container, and at the top and front has a lift-up portion separated from the rest of the inner package by a pre-weakened U-shaped parting line and is completely torn the first time the packet of smoking articles is opened to expose an article extraction opening; the lift-up portion of the inner package is directly in contact, without the interposition of other elements with an inner surface of the top wall of the lid and with an inner surface of the front wall of the lid.
