摘要： A method to set up at least one moveable operating member of an automatic machine for manufacturing consumer articles and comprising the steps of defining a first motion profile of the movable operating member and defining a corresponding second motion profile of an electric actuator system, which moves the moveable operating member with the first motion profile. The method calls for the further steps of: determining possible imperfections in the processing of the articles caused by the movable operating member; correcting, by means of an interface device and on the basis of the possible imperfections, the first motion profile, thus obtaining a first changed profile of the moveable operating member; and calculating, through a control unit, a reverse kinematics of the first changed profile so as to obtain a corresponding second changed profile to be commanded to the electric actuator system.

摘要： A packing method and unit to pack articles, includes: moving first seats by a first conveyor and second seats by a second conveyor along first and second paths at first and second moving speeds, respectively; and cyclically transferring an article from a first seat to a second seat in a transfer station. The first seats and second seats each designed to house an article. During normal operation with no rejected articles, the first moving speed is functionally equal to the second moving speed, and the same number of first and second seats pass through the transfer station in a given time interval. Where at least one article is rejected in a first seat, the second moving speed is functionally decreased relative to the first moving speed so that two first seats (one containing the rejected article) passes through the transfer station in the time interval as one second seat.

An elastic element that pushes the first wall towards the holding position, and a control appendage moves the first wall towards the release position.
